I decided to buy this one anyways because I figured why would Ulta sell a cleansing brush that doesn't work or that dies right away. This brush is perfect for the amount of money that you're spending. It does not die the minute you turn it on. I have had this for a few weeks now and am still using the batteries that were provided with the brush originally. The only complaint I have is that the stand that is provided does not hold the brush well but it is honestly not a big deal and definitely shouldn't be the reason why you don't purchase this product. My skin feels great after using it and I would buy it again if I had to.Most Helpful Critical ReviewBRING BACK THE ORIGINAL SYSTEM AND BRUSHThis device is a MAJOR NIGHTMARE!!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL WITH THE GRAY BUTTONS!! Which might I add, I still have after 3-4 years and it works PERFECT! THE PROBLEM IS NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND THE REPLACEMENT BRUSHES DUE TO THIS NEW REINVENTED PRODUCT! ULTA DROPPED THE BALL BIG TIME WITH THIS ONE!!! My pores do not feel as clean, and I have more abrasions on my skin an breakouts after use!! Ulta, why in the world did you change the design, functionality, and presentation of an ALREADY AMAZING PRODUCT!!? I literally spent countless dollars on Clinique and Clarisonic, yet the original Ulta device by far surpassed the other brands when it came to delivering clean and clear pores, which mean clean and clear skin!!! I am disappointed to say the least!! I am holding on to my old device, with hopes that Ulta actually reads the reviews of its customers and they contact the previous manufacturers to bring the old brush heads and device back!!! The other device and brush had WAYYYYYU BETTER REVIEWS BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY WORKED!!!! I am very disappointed in Ulta for allowing so many customers to be disappointed with a device that once was the Holy Grail for skin cleansing!! Whomever created this device and brush heads, could not have possibly made the original!!! There's a major difference in effectiveness!!!!
