Aaaaand, Idk if it's the placebo effect or what but I swear I feel better when I use it. I can tell a difference in my mood when I don't. Whether it's my mind playing tricks on me or not, I'm still going to use it because it's working for me!Most Helpful Critical ReviewI dont think its realI'm a crystal fanatic, I own many crystals and I also own the amethyst facial roller by skin gym, (which is real by the way) and it doesn't squeak like this one. The jade is missing some plastic around the metal piece connecting the crystal, making it squeak. It's very dull and it doesnt shine like a crystal should, like it should if its smooth and polished. Meaning most likely it's either a dyed plastic material or an extremely low grade jade stone but I regardless of all that I recommend to spend the extra ten bucks or so to get the amethyst by skin gym unless you dont mind a dull squeaky roller. It did get cold when I put it in the freezer, and it was smooth but the comparison is kind of shocking with quality.
