I have been using deodorant on the natural side because I'm so sensitive and haven't found on that first smells this good. And second, doesn't make me sweat more through the day. For a period of time you might sweat more because coconut oil is know to detoxing area. But after a week it work AMAZING! It's already slowing my hair growth down on my pits
I've never considered myself to have a perspiration issue; however, when I decided to use this deodorant, I would wake up in the morning with wet armpits. It would seriously smell and feel like I had just done some sort of marathon. I'm still trying it in conjunction with my regular drug store deodorant to see if it really does inhibit hair growth...

I'm sorry to report that this deodorant did not work for my body type.

I've been using this for over a month. I have noticed that it does make my armpit hair lighter and thinner. It has a lemony scent which I like. However, if you happen to sweat a lot you might need to reapply at least once during the day. But I have found this to be true with most deodorants that contain natural ingredients, so this doesn't bother me as much as it might others. I still think it's a great product.

This product was a waste of $. I used it everyday and noticed no change at all. If I could rate no stars I world. Don't waste your $.

The smell is nice. It works reasonably well. Although, it hasn't thin my underarm hair. On the other hand, this company's lotion may work better my legs; however, I use an epilator on my legs. That may be the difference.

I loved this at first. It was great! Gentle and moisturizing, but not sure how "hair inhibiting" it was. HOWEVER, The coconut oil in it left permanent "wet" looking armpit spots on my shirts. I will not be using this product again.

Disappointed. I have tried this product and the lotion and neither seem to work for me. It smells amazing and as far as holding the odor at bay, it seems to work well, but not so much with the hair inhibitor part.

I realize everyone's different but I was shocked to see so many bad (or "meh") reviews on this. This is my holy grail! If you are coming from regular store-bought antiperspirants this will be an adjustment, so perhaps that's the case with most of these reviews. I have been using natural deodorants for years. If you're not familiar, there is a difference between antiperspirants and deodorants. Usually antiperspirants are also deodorants, but not all deodorants are antiperspirants. Deodorants stop or reduce sweat smell, but do not stop you actually sweating. This is NOT an antiperspirant. That being said, as someone who has used a lot of natural deodorants this is my favorite. Extremely gentle and moisturizing, never stings my underarms after shaving even when irritated, excellent at preventing/minimizing odor, the best out of all the cause ones I've used, and while not technically an antiperspirant I definitely feel like I sweat less with it than others I've tried too/than when not wearing it. On top of that, it definitely reduces hair growth for me. It grows back significantly finer, slower, and less overall. I also use the moisturizer (not on my pits, on my legs) and the shave gel from this brand and I love them too. So much less shaving irritation since using the gel, game changer for real. And the moisturizer absolutely reduces hair growth too. Also the deodorant lasts a long time and is so reasonably priced for all the benefits. Clearly it may not work for some people but it definitely does for me. Give it a couple weeks for your body to adjust before deciding, especially if you're switching to natural and non-AP for the first time. (Also, while I swear to the death by the products I mentioned above, I very much do not like their Nair-like product - it BURNS and didn't work well, or the bikini bump stuff.)

I have been using this for a couple weeks now, haven't noticed any change in hair growth but I understand that might take more time. I will continue to use it until it's out and I'll buy another if I see a change in hair growth by then. I don't get any rashes or ingrown hairs from it and my armpits are sensitive. But it doesn't at all act as a deodorant. I've been trying to figure out why I smell. It's this product. The product itself doesn't stink, but it just doesn't stop underarm smell. I will now go back to using my regular deodorant when I leave the house and stuff and use this morning and night.

I am sitting here writing this in PAIN because this deodorant caused so many ingrown hairs that it looks like my armpits are broke out in a full rash. It also does not protect against any odor. save your money and invest in something else because this product is AWFUL!

Maybe is good for the hair growing process but not to protect you like a regular deodorant. I suggest you use it before bed and in the morning a normal deodorant that prevents to sweat and bad odor.

I've used the product for about 6 months now. I haven't noticed any slowing in hair growth, absolutely no deodorizing on the contrast it made me smell worse than the day's I would forget to use it. I just threw it away.

This is not really effective as a deodorant. it's more of a moisturizer for your under arms. and it does smell good but that's it it doesn't control sweat or odor throughout the day.

I've used this product for exactly 1 year (still on the same stick I bought a year ago) and tbh it never did anything for inhibiting hair grown in my underarms, nor does it work like a deodorant and prevent me from sweating.. BUT as someone who waxes their underarms every 2 weeks and suffers from dry skin in that area due to my deodorant, this stick is PERFECT for hydrating my underarms so that they don't look or feel rough anymore! Before I started using this my underarms would get extremely itchy due to the dryness caused by the combination of my waxing & choice of deodorant, but once I slipped this into my nighttime routine my underarms have since stayed healthier and hydrated as if I do nothing to them. This should be marketed more as a hydrating underarm balm instead of a deodorant, but that's just my opinion. Either way, I love this product!

The smell isn't my top fav, but it glides on so smoothly! fingers crossed that it does what it claims and slows the hair!

Amazing

Keeps the natural daily odors away, goes on great and doesn't stain my clothes. The fragrance seems different than the body lotion, and is almost powdery maybe. Not my favorite but I don't smell it after wearing it all day!

this product does nothing to deodorize OR reduce hair growth. this made my pits smell like onion rings at the end of the day. I would not repurchase or recommend.

I was very excited to use a deodorant that was going to stop my armpit hair from growing... Unfortunately, it does nothing about the hair, and after a way too short amount of time, it stops smelling nice & made my armpits smell like chicken soup. I even made my husband smell me & he said "ew that's weird." So, I don't recommend this product. I'm going back to using Old Spice Wolfthorn deodorant because at least that smells like fruit punch & lasts a whole day & never makes me smell like soup... & costs way less.

This product works pretty well. It won't completely stop hair from growing but it does slow it down. I like the smell, but the deodorant isn't as long-lasting as my usual Degree, but sometimes you just can't have everything. It's not too bad.

Used morning and night, thinner armpit re-growth a little with consistent use (not really less but finer) but did not work at all as deodorant it antiperspirant. Typically not a sweaty person but I *stank* using this product. Brought it on vacation and had to throw it out and buy regular deodorant.

I use an anti-perspirant at night and this in the morning. I didn't expect much, but I noticed a difference right away! I normally have to shave my underarms once a day. Now I have to shave every 4 days and the hair is very fine. I haven't noticed an odor but I don't use this for odor control. It is tacky at first but that goes away quickly.

After epilating my underarms I apply this, and then I use it twice a day. After 2-3 weeks there is a difference in the thickness of new hair growth (hair is finer), and less hair seems to be growing in. I have used the active ingredient in this deodorant (Capislow) in other deodorants and lotions over the years, and I find it to be quite effective for minimizing hair regrowth. You have to be consistent about using this product, though, and when you stop using it your hair will eventuallly return to its natural state. I used to use a hair-minimizing antiperspriant that cost $30.00, so I feel that Pit Stop is a bargain. The container is huge, so it doesn't seem crazy to use it twice a day. It smells wonderful - sort of floral-fresh. Very clean. It's a good deodorizer, but if I'm in a situation where I know I'll be sweating, I need to use an unscented anti-perspirant over it. I don't mind though, because two products still cost way less than what I was paying for my old hair-minimizing anti-perspirant. (That one left yellow stains on everything, too. This does not stain in the least!) If you are not wanting a product to stop sweat, this is as effective as any deodorant can be; probably more effective than most.

I used it at night after I shaved, would wake up stinky and with over night hair growth

My 10 year old for the first time "naired" her under arms and used this right after...it's been a week and not one hair has grown back.
