Where has this product been all my life?I very rarely make reviews about product... by that I mean never. But omg!! This product is great! I was considering buying another product that was more expensive and had equally great reviews but my store didn't carry it and I didn't want to wait for it come in the mail. I went on a failed attempt to desperately find the product I was searching for and landed in this gem (upon "review" search at the store this product, as previously mentioned, had equally as positive results). I have scars from cystic acne and discoloration throughout my cheeks. I have used the product every night for 4 straight nights. Mind you, I have a cleansing regimen that I use before. Also, my skin is usually sensitive to products so I don't venture out often or consistently, when I have a bad reaction, so I was hesitant to use it every night but I saw no signs of trouble areas at any point, so I continue to use it every night. I have seen incredible improvements and clarity in my skin, reduced discoloration and visibility of scars... and my skin is smooth and glowing. I would definitely recommend this product to someone that has cystic acne under control, but still have problem areas that could use some help clearing up.Most Helpful Critical ReviewMehI used these every other night for a month. I'm 24 years old, and I have combination skin and mild-moderate hormonal acne (mostly on my chin) that I take prescription medication to control. Here are the results I had: Pros: my nose used to be a little textured, but this helped smooth it out. My face, in general, is a little smoother and softer than it was before I started using these peel pads, but the change is most noticeable on my nose. (which is kind of a weird thing to point out, but it's the one good thing I got out of using these pads, so credit where credit is due.) Cons: they didn't help with my acne, acne scars, texture on my chin, the fine lines on my forehead, or my skin's general dullness. I was hoping to see more of a change over time, but by the end of the month, I was like... meh. I basically look the same as I did before. When I first started to use them, they really stung my skin, which I'm not used to, and I've used plenty of other exfoliants/peels in the past. They basically just stung my skin without giving me any sort of beneficial "glow" the next day. My skin got used to the formula after a few uses, but I still wasn't really seeing any results. Final thoughts: there are better peels/exfoliants out there for my skin. This didn't damage my skin, but it also didn't help it much, either. I bought them because they were fairly inexpensive and wanted to give them a shot, hoping they would help with at least *one* of my skin issues, but that didn't happen. I was flaky but if I used something too abrasive it would flare up but if I didn't exfoliate at least once a week my face because it would get flaky. So desperately looking for anything I opted for this. It goes on as a gel and was you gently rub it in the fruit fibers exfoliate without stripping your skin.
