I volunteer with animals, care for own animals, garden, clean, cook... Pretty rough on my hands. With this as a top coat, I can chip in a day. With Out the Door, I can last 5 days or more. But I use this as a base. Sometimes the nails are chrome or have a pattern that requires a top coat to stay smooth and looking new. This too coat dries evenly and stays shiny. This is hands down the most effective and best top coat on the market. I will always recommend this brand and product 10/10. My usual brand had gotten kind of gummy and picked this up. Really lasted for a week. I used as base and top coat with a nail polish color in between. I was really surprised that I got a whole weeks worth of last. That's more than the more expensive brand I usually use. I also really liked the brush. It was easy to put on with just one or two strokes the drying time was faster than my usual brand also within a couple minutes. The only thing I did not love as I was super shiny, but I think most people love that but I prefer more of a matt . It doesn't get weird and goopy like some others do if they sit in the closet too long. It applies easily and is ready for next coat within a minute or so.
