I use the rose one because I love the glow it gives me, the subtle smell of being a female and to hydrate even more after moisturizing. I havent tried the lavender YET but I am ordering it now. I usually use both of the ones I have actually more than once a day. You can never spritz too much. I just love the way they feel! I have been using the rosewater spray for months and I love it so I went to one of the Ulta stores two days ago and a lady recommended me this kit, and I thought it was gonna be a good deal so I bought it. Yesterday I used the lavander spray after taking a shower in the afternoon and my face got a little bit red but I didn't even think it could be the spray. Before I went to bed at night I washed my face and used the spray before the moisturizer (not sure if it was the lavender or the green tea). When I woke up I felt my skin a little weird and I could feel it was swollen, when I looked in the mirror I saw my face like never before, I was completely red and peeling and with bumps all over. I don't understand how that happened to my face but it was definitely the spray because I didn't do or use ANYTHING different from before. I thought it would get better throughout the day, but so far it is only getting worse. Very disappointed and definitely going to return the product. I workout during lunch and since I'm working from home, I don't wear makeup. All 3 scents are lovely, very light scents that give that mini 'spa' feel every time I use them. My personal favorite scent is the Aloe, Cucumber, & Green Tea. The only negative is that the taste is bitter, so I try to hide my lips when I mist. Overall, I like it. No stickiness or residue left behind.
