It's exactly what it's name says it is, and it works super great on my a little longer than shoulder length, naturally curly, frizz prone hair, too! I use it on my freshly washed, damp hair, using just about a quarter sized dollop, and work it through my hair from roots to ends with my hair upside down, and, voila, my hair isn't frizzy or out of control, even on the most humid days! I'll usually let my hair air dry without touching it until it's fully dry afterwards! I already use the gel from this line but it definitely needs a cream with it. This can be a bit sticky but seems to help my curls keep their shape. The biggest downside is the smell… it is so powerful and doesn't go away. I'm thankful I haven't had a reaction with all of my allergies, but be careful if your sensitive to smells.
