I have long hair and this does the job on the days I don't wash my hair and I need to smooth out underneath frizz and touch up my hair. I like the choice of settings and it heats up quick. It's lightweight and might be a little on the not so durable side but I don't use it every day so it's perfect for what I need, especially for the price.
Heat plates don't clamp down, big gap there! You literally have to squeeze it so hard to even catch any hair. It does heat up well though! Purchased this for a back up I'm my RV , but didn't work for me . I will be retuning it. Not worth the fuss.

I have had an old Conair Flat iron that has constantly pulled on my hair whenever I used it. I decided to purchase a new one and got this one. I am in love with it and how quickly it heats up, doesn't burn my hair and more importantly - doesn't pull my hair out!!

This straightener requires you to go through small strands of hair over and over. You will be styling your hair for 1 hour or longer if you have long, thick, wavy hair.

I have a couple of straightening irons and needed a 1" one. I didn't want to spend too much so this seem like a good deal. I used it once and it worked just fine. It's made of very light weight material kind of cheap but other than that it heats well & straightens my super frizzy hair just fine.

Was smaller than I was expecting (about an inch shorter than my old iron) it got the job done just not as quickly as my old one. My hair did look very nice and wasn't frizzy

I had to use a higher setting than what I normally use. 370 is the highest for my fine relaxed hair. With this iron, I had to turn it up to 390 or above. Left my hair frizzy and didnt curl well

I really do love this straightener. I also love that is shuts itself off after 4 hours just in case I were to forget to turn it off.

I have used this same straightener for several years and I've only had to buy one after the first one and that wasnt until about 5 years of having it! The second one I bought was about 3 years ago and it's still holding strong!! I would most definitely refer this straightener to a friend!!!
