I just bought this after reading all the great reviews everywhere and watching utubers use it. Looks just like when I get my hair cut and they blow dry it with a round brush which I tried and cant do myself. This really grips the hair gently. The oval shape is absolutely great to get volume just where you need it. It was so fast to use even for my first try I love how it's just one step and done. I've been looking for something that would style my hair like this for 15+ years and now it exists thank you revlon! I will never straighten my hair again I'm not into that flat look anymore. Hairs full of body and volume and straight where it needs to be. AMAZING! Def must buy
I have very thick long Asian hair. For the past 10 years, I've had to use 2 blow dryers in one hand and a brush in the other to dry my hair. If I divide my hair into sections, this technique would take me 15-20 minutes. After reading all the great reviews, I was extremely excited to try this product. I noticed the biggest complaints about this product from other reviewers are that the item is too big/heavy and too loud. This was my experience: I guess having to use two blow dryers for 10 years, I don't find this product loud or big/heavy. In fact, I compared this product to one of my blow dryer and it's not any more loud than a normal blow dryer. I'm extremely disappointed with the low voltage and option selections of this product. There are only 2 Power Options: Low and High. Remember when you use the hotel's little blow dryers and your only options are High/Low? And when you use it on High, it shuts down in 4 minutes? And it smells like the blow dryer is burning? This is what I feel this product is like. It gives off a "burnt" smell after using it over 5 minutes but it didn't shut down on me. Because air ventilation is around the brush, the hot air blows into your face and neck. This can get really hot and uncomfortable. I think it'd be a better product if air is only blown in one direction so you can have it away from your face, sorta like the paddle brush Revlon blow dryer. I also had to use 2 hands to curl my hair due to the large thick handle. With just one hand, it's difficult to turn the brush and curl your hair. If you're only wanting to brush it one direction and straight down, then it's not so difficult. In the end, I had to use one blow dryer in one hand AND this product in the other. I think I'd rather go back to my old technique because this product doesn't dry my hair any quicker nor does it give it any shine. For these reasons, this product is gong back to the store. :-( I would recommend this product if you have medium to long THIN hair.

I used a Revlon Volumizer for years and absolutely loved it. The bristles were soft and felt great against my scalp as I dried my hair. When it came time to replace the old model, I didnt even consider a different brand. But this version isnt the same - the bristles arent as soft, and the round, colored tips keep coming off and then I later find them in my hair. Very disappointed and I won't be buying another one.

This product has caused so many split ends and hair breakage that I havent been able to fix. There is no "cool" air which isnt cold or temperature control its just cool low and high heat. Gets way too hot and is way too loud. Better off with another option.

This is my 4th Revlon Volumizer purchase. The 1st one my daughter took it, the 2nd I'm currently using, the 3rd is in the guest bathroom and this is my 4th. I only ordered it because I have wanted this color. It'll be my fallback whenever the one I'm using stops working. I don't use it regularly, only when going out to give my hair great volume. I brush my hair first then split my hair in two, I clip the top half up with a clip. I do spray a heat protector before and after I'm done, I spray a texture spray. I get 3 times the volume I started with.

This tool will absolutely dry and straighten your hair very quickly, but the odd shaped head leaves very strange and unmanageable waves in your hair. And at the end of the day any volume that you may have received will fall flat in about 30 minutes. I think it's because the barrel is plastic, so it doesn't have the ability to set your hair like other models do so you still have to use a hot tool which defeats the purpose of a supposedly all in one tool.

I used this on my mom's wavy hair and it's all I need to get the perfect silky blowout on her. My hair is curlier, but if I use the right technique I only have to do minimal touchups with a flat iron and I feel better about it because there's less heat damage. I will say the results don't last very long but that probably has more to do with humidity.

I purchased this and was so excited to try it but it didnt really do anything to my hair which was a bummer. I used the low setting on 90% dry hair. I do feel the high setting would have been way too hot for my hair so I avoided it as i've read plenty of horror stories of people getting hair damage. I ended up returning it. I think i'm better off saving up for the shark or dyson instead.

This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter, and she is quite pleased with how easy it is to use. She has long, wavy hair and this air brush works just fine in her thick hair.

Ive used this for about four months and it started shorting out. I would move the cord a certain way and it would come back on after turning off during use. Then the other day it got extremley hot and smelled like it was burnt. I turned it off and unplugged it and havent touched it since. For the price this should work way longer than four months.

I loved this while it lasted, which was.onky about 3 weeks. When I used it, it was amazing and made my hair feel healthy too! But it stopped blowing hot air very soon after getting it

I purchased this a little over a month ago and have probably used it about 5 times. It already broke.. I had one more section left of my hair to do, so upset. Didn't expect it to break this soon.

I liked the way the product styled my hair. But it was difficult to turn on and off. I used it less than 10 times when the Low setting quit working and now the product totally died.

Did not work for my fine hair. Seemed like it was too big. I also wish it had a cooler air option

ive had this brush for about a year now and ive tried to use it to straighten and style my layers but it doesnt straighten it really 😠my hair is medium thickness curls and it softens the curls but doesn't straighten or give the hook curls at the ends…idk if im just doing it wrong but yeah

I love this. It does the job.

So easy to use and much better than a brush and dryer separately.

It didn't work for me to big , I think it would be better for a longer hair . It's more for volume, I'm looking for a little more curl with volume.

I was gifted the pink one for Christmas a couple of years ago. I personally don't blow dry my hair, I have platinum blonde which is damaging, so I use as less heat as possible. I brought it to my grandma (I'm her caregiver) who has advanced dementia. Baths are not easy, but this dries her naturally thinning hair so quickly and gives it some volume. It has been a great tool for us.

Great for the price and I keep repurchasing

i think it's okay it's not worth the hype

I have very fine, thin hair and I'm usually very skeptical of any tool that says it can give me volume, especially in just one step. This thing does the trick -my hair is dry in under 10 minutes and has much more volume than it normally does, and the shine is unbelievable.
