I did not purchase this from Ulta, however, I would have if I would have realized it was available here sooner. This is hands down the best flat iron I've ever used. My hair is bleach blonde, fine, and tangles easily. This glides through my hair with ease. Not to mention how soft and shiny it left my hair. Great-great product!!
I own the classic bio and love it so much. Got this one thinking it would be amazing with the plates but it's not as good as my old classic one

so i've decent luck with this straightner. Ive own it for a few years and have no equipment issue. that being said, i don't find myself reaching for this as often as i thought i would. it does a great job but no different than my old chi that i overlapped usage. i even reached for my gvp chi before this one. not sure why. it glides really nicely and gets the job done but my hair needs a little tug especially at the root to keep it from being bumpy so my hair just didnt feel sleek enough *for me*. the vibrating plates i just dont get and find highly annoying. does give shine. does a nice job. just over priced for what it is. i was also under the impression that one pass would be sufficient to straighten coarse hair. definetly needed more than one. i *just* learned how to curl with this and it did a SUPERB job for a first timer.

I have super curly frizzy hair and this straighter does wonders! Super quick with minimal passes and my hair is pin straight with no frizz. I do, blow my hair out with a the revlon blow out brush first. But the combo is perfection!

So many advantagws over my old GHD. Thinner longer olates help me get close to my root. The vibrating plates are funky at forst but work well. You have to have this at a MINIMUM of 360 though. Any lower and you wont straighten or curl anything. Thats all flat irons. Lightweight. I gavet it 4 because i havent tried curls on my full head yet but its looking good. Was done in 5 minutes.

Ive used this for almost a year now and I am so disappointed. It is way too expensive to barrly straighten my hair. It pulls my hair out it creates frizz it does not straighten nor create shine. Ive been straightening my hair for over 10 years now and this is the most expensive straightener ive purchased and also the worst. Im very sad I gave away my Hot tools one, ill probably be buying another one of those!

I got one of these flat irons many years ago, 2018 or 19 and it still works as well as they day I bought it. I have never had any performance issues. please don't that be me jinxing it. I have very thick slightly wavy and frizzy hair.

Vibrating plates worked on and off. They finally stopped working altogether.

I've owned this dryer for several years. im happy it hasn't died, so many items these days don't last and aren't quality, in that regard, especially for pricey items like hair irons. But sad to say, my hair looks very brittle and damaged after using this, especially in the back of my head, why my hair is coarser and I have the majority of the bulk of my hair. I find that I need to use it at the highest setting just to get it through my hair. My hair is thick and dense but it's not so coarse, and using it at that high heat just ends up frying it and leaving it looking more frizzy. I recenlty upgraded to the Olivia Garden Ceramic Iron, and it isn't as bulky to hold , and my hair looks much more sleek and smooth. I thought with the vibrating plates that my hair would look sleek and straight and smooth but it only looks that way with the front sections of my hair, which is finer and more wavy. But even then, it doesn't get my roots smooth and flat, so all in all, I wouldn't buy again, esp. not for the price they charge. My hair dresser used a vibrating iron, not sure if it was this brand and hers worked wonders but I didn't get that effect with mine. I happily traded it in for the Loivia Garden.

I was so excited when I ordered this and couldn't wait to try it because I have the curing iron and I love it. I was very disappointed in this flat iron. It felt as if it was pulling my hair out, it didn't glide through my hair like I expected.

I've owned many straighteners over the years, my latest two being infrared heat. They worked fine, but took several rounds to get my hair the way I wanted it. I have fine, straight, color treated hair. I decided to try this one (my hair colorist LOVES Bioionic products). This is my first purchase of any Bioionic product and I am in love with it! It's ergonomically designed, I also love that the tip tapers, so it's easier to get to your roots. The handle does not get too hot (plus it comes with a glove), it heats up to 400 in less than a minute, and makes my hair shiny and silky by the time I'm done. It's the first time I feel like I can do my own "salon quality" hair without damage. It also comes with a 3 years warranty, luckily I haven't needed it yet.

I only came to write a review because its been 2 years since ive purchased this flat iron, and it still works just as great as when i first got it. Normally with other flat irons ive tried, they stop working eventually. It heats up really quickly and im done straightening my hair in less than 20 mins! I have alot of hair and its on the curly/wavy side. Also they put it on sale like 3/4 times per year, worth the price tag but if youre on a budget wait for those saving events:)

I've had this flat iron for at least 3 years now and it has been my favorite to date. The vibrating plates work well. I highly recommend it as long as it's on sale. The price keeps going up.

Love this. Straightens quick, doesnt pull my hair between the plates, the edges are rounded so you can also curl with it. Makes my hair feel so soft. Definitely worth the money!!

Heats up fast and great for curling hair. This is the only way I can get curls to last for multiple days.

Bio Ionic 10x Pro is top of the line. It heats up quickly and straightens hair really well. I particularly like the vibrating plates and the overall design of this flat iron. I would definitely buy again.

I was sad when my 10 year old Sedu died. I ordered a new Sedu, but was not impressed. The Bio Iconic caught my eye and I decided to try it out. I'm so happy I did! This does not pull my hair like most other flat irons, heats up quickly, and easily curls or straightens. Love!

I am really surprised at all the great reviews for this flat iron. I was so excited to try it out after ordering, but It didnt work well for me at all. The vibrating plates did not improve styling time or shine or really anything on my hair. The flat iron did not glide smoothly over my hair either, it felt like it was tugging. I also had to do multiple passes and had issues with getting the hair truly straight. My $100 Chi Air flat iron surprisingly works much better than this one, at least for my hair type. I am mixed race and have 3B hair. I will be returning this back to Ulta.

This straightener is the best I've ever used!!! Makes my hair super shiny and smooth with just one pass!! The vibrating volcanic plates are magic for my hair!! I use it on 340° and it works wonderfully every time!! I've tried every other brand and then some and Nothing comes close to this flat iron!! I will continue to purchase this!! The one I have is going strong after three years!!

This flat iron is not worth the money. Only worked for 6 months.

This flat iron is great! It is sleek and heats up so fast! The only downside is the vibrating plates turn on sometimes when I don't want them to! Highly recommend

Great while it lasted. I don't often use heat styling tools on my hair. I bought this one after watching a first impressions review on YouTube. The vibrating feature is what kept this iron from catching in my hair. Whether I'm straightening or curling with it. The vibrating quit working all together after maybe 20 uses. If I used it everyday, that would've been after 20 days. Only, it was 20 uses over like 2 years. Now, I own a very expensive version of a conair flat iron found at Walmarts. I can't use it

This is the best straightener I've owned!!! It is worth the price.

Purchased this product less than a year ago, it worked great a handful of times. However, now it has stopped heating up! Bummer for all the money it cost and no warranty.
