I use this super rich and concentrated violet hair mask once a week, for 5 minutes or less.my hair is balieaged from my natural black rots to fawn to caramelet, melting into a metalic silver platinum shafts and ends. my hair get dry from being processed so dramatically, we lighten in increments spaced apart to avoid damage. this mask which I focus on just my root area where the natural black hair reveals those warm tones that I dislike, that rusty bronze, so I focus on that area. the deep purple really soaks in and tones those shades out in 1 use. unfortunately the way my hair is colored I try to avoid the platinum party as they will turn lavender and dull, so to section my hair and apply to just my roots is time consuming but I can leave it on longer where my hair is darkest. restores moisture and hair is much more manageable. I message the scalp as its the darkest of my hair color and my fingertips turn purple ish lol but it fades so no worries there either. and if my blonde get some on it, a clarifying shampoo will loft the purple off my blondemail. lasts for about 2 weeks and smells great! I rinse with cold water to seal it.
I'm sold on Pravana perfect blonde shampoos and conditioners, however this leave in treatment was particularly ineffective for me. It settles, so you have to shake the bottle to mix before use -- that wasn't a problem, the problem was that I replaced my It's a 10 keratin treatment with this and it was a complete flop. The product really did nothing for my hair as fair as moisturizing or a de-frizz, I actually feel it made it frizzier, and wasn't heat protective at all. The bottle has seemed to last me quite some time, I'm hardly through a third w/back length hair, but I find myself using more and more every time to seek out different results or avoiding the product altogether. I'm hoping the Pravana Nevo treatment will have more success. The packaging is really great, there's a lock on the nozzle so it doesn't leak. It makes my hair smell amazing, but unfortunately this product did nothing effective for my hair.

I have dark hair. Hard Water. Highlights and lowlights. I want my highlights to be the brightest blond. This masque is so perfect for my hair. Non-drying. I like to mix it with Curlsmith Double Cream Deep Quencher. This makes my blond icy as I prefer. If your hair is light brown or more blond all over, you may get more color deposit than you would prefer. Try mixing it with conditioner first. I keep the mask on for hours and even sleep in it. My hair never changed color and I wouldn't mind if it did. It's the best toning. I have used it all.

The smell, y'all. We'll get to that. First time using the shampoo, toning mask and spray. I purchased because the smell from the bottle was amazing - that was the biggest reason buying multiple products. My hair is unbelievably shiny and toned, but as soon as I started drying my locks the putrid smell hit me. I asked my partner to smell my hair, and he politely said it doesn't smell good nor bad, so I was like bruh don't fib to me. Then the word quietly escaped his mouth. MILDEW. Why? How could something turn so evil so quickly? My plan is to use dry shampoo or some other highly fragranced product over the stench, because it did make my hair look incredible. But Pravana gotta do some reformulating ASAP.

I was really excited to try this new product, but I was very disappointed! This made my hair smell like wet towel/mildew. When I first added this to my hair it had a nice smell but after maybe 15mins, the mildew smell was very potent! It takes days for it to get the smell off. I DO NOT recommend this product.

Works beautifully on my hair! I have naturally dirty blonde hair that I need to brighten up occasionally.. Pravana never lets me down! Brightens up my blondes and enhances my highlights. Smells FANTASTIC to boot. 10/10

Finding products that keep my blonde/grey highlights looking fresh was so hit or miss before! A friend of mine recommended this and I have never gone back, the best product I have used to effortlessly keep my color in good shape (longest about a year between hair color sessions). Price is totally worth it for how long this lasts me, I have medium-long very thick, high density hair and this bottle will last me between 2.5 and 3 months. I do use this followed by a regular conditioner to make sure my hair stays hydrated and I use a clarifying hair oil once a week.

I will occasionally go back and forth between purple shampoos depending if there are sales or not but I always find myself coming back to Pravana. It smells really good, I've tried some purple shampoos that smell like men's cologne, but in my hair, not a fan. This shampoo and the conditioner work wonderfully for my very ashy hair. It keeps my silver, silver and my white very white. Even my stylist shows off how well my hair held up when I come in for my appointments.

My hair stylist recommended this to me as she had used it on me in the salon, I bought some. Then I kept getting a whiff of a mildew smell and I can't stand that smell. Surely it wasn't the product cause it smells good at first. Once it dries it turns. So disappointed. Should have read the reviews first…

I'm not sure what other reviews mean when they say it makes your hair smell bad, I think it smells great and leaves my hair looking brighter than before.

This is simply the best purple shampoo. Does a great job at cooling down the tone of my hair. Also leaves it shiny and voluminous. Love the smell, too. All the other purple shampoos I've tried have made my hair brittle after.

Pravana The Perfect Blonde shampoo and conditioner were recommended to me by my hair stylist for my naturally-blonde-with-highlights hair. I use the products about once a week, although my hair gal says they are safe to use more often. I love how they brighten my blonde and keep the brass at bay, but they don't do much to amp my naturally wavy/curly 2C/3A hair. If they came out with a curly girl version, I would definitely try it. But still, a great product for blondes.
My hair stylist recommended Pravana The Perfect Blonde Shampoo to me. I usually use it about once a week, although my hair gal says it's safe to use daily. The reason I don't use it more often is that it doesn't enhance my naturally wavy/curly hair. But I do love the toning effect.

I have tried many of the purple shampoo offerings over the last 2 decades- but this one is a game changer. My hair feels different after using- healthier, prettier... My hairdresser had mentioned it, and I purchased both the shampoo and conditioner. I rarely use the conditioner (I do not like it as much), and the shampoo alone seems to do some light conditioning. I use alone and/or mix in with other, non-purple favorite shampoos often too. Just a great addition to my regime!

I was really excited to try this product but it did nothing for my hair other than dry it out. I'm so bummed. I tried using it many different times. I massaged it into my hair and waited a while and washed it out and it did nothing. Ugh!

Tried this after my stylist recommended this or olapex. After reading reviews I decided to try this one. I'm glad I did… It smells really good even after drying, brightened up my blonde beautifully. The only time I felt like it was dry was after washing before using my conditioner. I do recommend a really good mask or conditioner when toning so I think that's normal though with these shampoos.. definitely would buy again.

I usually use Fanola but got a travel sized of this. It didn't really do much as far as the toning. It ever so slightly toned, but not really. I left it on for about a minute, so it could just be user error. Not at all drying though, I will still use

I use this in my natural gray hair. It makes it look like strands of silver. I highly recommend this for gray hair

When I used It I noticed a moldy smell. The smell just got worse through the day. I don't know if I received a bad batch but, I will never purchase again.

I figured I'd try it anyway because I love Pravana products, but after my hair was dry I kept smelling a homeless (no offense) greasy dirt smell. Was wondering where it was coming from until I realized it was my hair!!! I can handle weird smells, chemical smells… but this smells like a dumpster. Returning. Do not recommend. However, if you want a good product to keep brass out and have an ashy icy tone, I love Pravanas blonde perfect blonde conditioner! Smells good and works! I pair that with Joico purple shampoo and my hair is icy blonde always:) But yeah no joke, the smell of this is bitter.

My hairdresser recommended this brand to me! I recently went brunette to blonde, with of course brass showing after my first session. This shampoo helped so much and the brassiness was toned down instantly! My coworker thought I went in for another session!

I am so confused about the comments that say this smells bad. I got a sample size and I am OBSESSED with this product. I have highlighted hair that likes to turn yellow/orange, but this product keeps my hair icy toned. It also smells amazing, I have not smelled moldy? Would definitely recommend.

I normally get the blue Pravana but decided to try the perfect blonde Pravana. after I dried my hair I kept smelling a mildewy moldy smell. I thought it was something I had on clothing wise, but no ,it was my head of hair! Re-washed my hair the next day ,dried as usual, before I was even finished drying I could smell that mildewy smell! Told my hairdresser and she said probably from the shipping process it heat it up? I don't know about that with all of the same reviews on here ,I'm really shocked and wished I could get my money back.
