Note: I don't have sensitive skin. I wouldn't use this if your skin is sensitive to be honest. I use it every other day and I skip on my usual exfoliate and use my gentle one SOMETIMES. This really leaves my skin feeling brand new. I wouldn't use it every day because it might leave your skin feeling raw. I've had it for awhile and my face has cleared up drastically. I wash my face two times a day and use this only at night! It's VERY abrasive. It felt harsh as I was using it, so I took care to be gentle and apply minimal pressure. No use. Despite following with a very hydrating moisturizer, my skin felt dry and scratched up. I would not recommend this for folks with sensitive skin, sunburned or broken out skin, or for folks who use heavier chemical exfoliation products (retinol, AHA, etc.). It's just too harsh. Skip this and buy some textured washcloths if your skin is any of the above, they'll be enough to exfoliate your skin.
