This is the one and only product that has helped me cure my irritating and painful winter fingertip cracking. Not only that, but my hands are so smooth now. I am a nurse and wash my hands often and my hands used to feel like sandpaper. I use 8 hour cream every night at bedtime. It is an awesome product, and contrary to what others say, it is NOT vaseline. I tried vaseline before, which did not help me. Thanks Eliz Arden!
Its texture and result are exactly alike Neutrogena hand or foot cream. Very thick n greasy. It does help soften but not healing or moisturizing much.

This could be a great product- it functions well. Does as described but I could not stand the smell of it. It's like expired/rancid product, and it lingers. I order the same item from another store and it smelled the same. Too bad because I really liked it otherwise. Had to return.

An absolute must for everyone. Perfect for guys to soothe post shave. A great accent highlighter and lip moisturizer.

I've used variations of this since I was a youth for burns. Recently had a burn and raced upstairs to see if I still had some of the smelly grease. Yep, I did and the burning stopped. No blister. So I went online to see if you still made it. Got the no fragrance. Sure hope it works as well as the old jars.

I have been using Eight Hour Cream for over 50 years. I have my entire family hooked on it. The last two tubs at different…actually really bad and not usable. The consistency is liquidy and very gritty almost like there is a sand substance in it. I purchased these tubes at different times so the batches are not the same. I mentioned it to my girlfriend and she said she stopped using it because she said "they must have changed the ingredients " This is so not good. I consider to be a cult user but I can not use these two tubes. Before tossing two brand new tubes, can I get an explainstion? Please bring back the primal that was like a rich thick butter!

I always used this on my children when they got diaper rash. They're now in their 30'e and use it constantly. Chapped lips. Dry skin. Any spouse with their skin. They use it to this day! As do I!

Worst purchase. The consistency is like glue and it smells terrible. Maybe it's expired??

Seriously… The ingredients are WACK. Crazy cheap, crazy common, crazy toxic!

The best cream to keep the skin around my eyes moist. Since using it I've never experience eczema around my eyes anymore. It also helps to keep skin around scars moist and diminish scar tissue.

This is more like an ointment than a hand cream. It is very moisturizing and lasts through hand washings, which is important with as much as we wash our hands. The only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is the smell. It is fragrance free, and it has a weird odor. I would purchase one with a scent if I could to maybe mask the weird smell.

I wish I had discovered this cream a long time ago. The feel and overall appearance of my skin is amazing.

It does not absorb into the skin. It is not a cream!

Perfect. I use it on my lips, dry nose after having the flu, legs, hands, cuticles. Doesn't have a prominent smell like the older version I used to get years ago. Will get more/

Doesn't do much for my dry winter hands. I purchased unscented and it has a horrible smell. won't be buying again. it is also very greasy.

I always hated the smell of the original Eight Hour Cream, but I loved the Fragrance Free Eight Hour cream for years. However, the last two orders I received have an unpleasant smell to them -- a little like old tires. While it may be free of fragrance in the sense of perfumes, it is definitely not free of odor. I don't know what has changed in the composition of the product, but I cannot bring myself to use it anymore and am searching for an alternative outside of Elizabeth Arden. Why did you have to change a perfectly wonderful product?

I use the fragrance free cream- and let me tell u it smells disgusting. It works on sunburns amazingly gets rid of the burning and makes it go away insanely quick. However beyond the fact that it smells like a rats behind, when you put it on your face it feels like you have a layer of grease resting on your skin this feeing lasts probably the 8 hours as is it's title. So if you want something to get rid of your sunburns I recommend completely however be prepared for the smell and the layer of grease. In no way am I trying to be rude, I would just like to share my opinion- I do recommend this product I just think that it should be known that the unscented is in fact not unscented.

I love the eight-hour products, but will never buy it again due to its unwillingness to become cruelty free.

Smell is wired, like oil. Great for mouth like other area that is extremely dry, but not friendly to face that is sensitive since it's very ropy

Works to reduce irritation of skin very quickly. It is my "go to" salve for anything and I use nightly for lips and nose in the winter.

My best lip balm ever. I only use it as a lipbalm.

It is an excellent product for a burn or skin problem. It cleared up a very bad skin burn.

I have been using the EA eight hour cream skin protectant since the 1970's I use it on my lips especially at night to moisturize them. Best product ever. Also put it on scrapes , scratches, and "bubus" to help heal them. Love, Love,Love this product. Glad they make it in scent-free.

This product helps my worst skin problems. I had a dry eyebrow patch (that I picked at constantly and it scabbed over). I put the EA 8 hour cream on overnight-- looked way better. After a few days you could barely tell it was ever there. This is my go to for any dry skin problems. The fact that this is fragrance free is a bonus for me. Love this stuff!

Even though it's fragrance free, it does have a "new car smell". Product works great though!!!!

It has a odor and reminds me of high priced Vaseline

I bought this thinking it would be a luxurious cream. Imagine my surprise when I read the ingredients and found its really just vasaline petroleum jelly.
