I have used tons of eyeliner pencils, waterproof, budget liners to high end liners and this is the ONLY one that has specified that it is safe for contact lens-and it lives up to that claim! I don't know why more cosmetics companies don't make their eyeliners safe for contacts like Lorac has done with this amazing liner. I use this on my upper lid and to line my waterline and it doesn't transfer to my contact lens. It stays on all day, doesn't irritate eyes, goes on smoothly, has great pigment. I use the color dark brown and it gives the intensity of beautifully defined eyes without looking to harsh. Many grateful thanks to Lorac for this eyeliner!! Because of the diameter of the pencil and the fact that it's self-sharpening it doesn't really allow for a fine line. But it is easy to remove and does not smudge or run unless you rub it accidentally.
