I use it a few times a week and it gets rid of dry skin flakes and dry skin bumps I sometimes get on my legs and back of my arms. I use body wash and shower as normal. Then I turn the shower off and scrub starting from my feet working my way up to my neck paying close attention to my arms, elbows, thighs and knees. I rinse off and then lightly towel off and use SheaMoisture dry spray oil.
