The answer to my question is yes and no. I love all the new colors Clinique has introduced. The only problem I have with them is the frost in the base colors. I am a young 64, but not that young! I guess I will still try to find other Clinique eye shadows that aren't too "sparkly"!! Sometimes it's better to add the new stuff, but KEEP your best selling old stuff, too! We need your help Clinique!!
First, I was disappointed to learn that Clinique pulled the original eye shadows off the market without any explanation to their loyal customers. Second, I was disappointed to learn that my favorite (No Show Taupes) was discontinued. Regardless, I purchased the new product to give it a try. Unfortunately, the new product was a huge disappointment. The eye shadow is too shimmery (not a good look on mature women) and it doesn't have any staying power. The new product appears to be tailored towards the tween/teen market. After being a loyal Clinique customer for the past 20+ years, I will need to find another product better suited for mature women.

I have been waiting for the new shadows to debut and now that they have I won't even buy one. I have asked repeatedly for the matte shadows to return for older people like me. The shimmery ones only accent my wrinkles. Now I am going to have to find a new manufacturer of the type of shadow I will wear.

I love your eye shades before now I can only find three and I am not sure if any are a match for me. Older and not really into these shades..

You informed me this eye shadow is permanently out of stock. I have been wearing it for years! I do not like the alternatives.....very disappointed.

Not sure what is going on, but eye shadows and moisturizer that I have been using for 20years are gone. Might not be using Clinique anymore

I'm so disappointed that Clinique no longer has Wave after Wave duo. I have green eyes and have used that shadow duo for over a decade. The limited shades they offer now in duo or single leaves very few options to pick from and I've only used Clinique makeup for years.

I'm very pleased w/this product. It's been a while since I quit using their products, bc they discontinued the eye shadow in a tube which was creamy and I loved it. I was leery about this powder, but it does stay on and I like it!

I'm so disappointed that twilight mauve/brandied plum and seashell pink/fawn satin have been discontinued. I've use both for over 10 years. I can't believe there's only five choices-- none of them are great. Please bring back the old options. I'm considering switching to a different brand so I can have more choices.

These colors look great on my dark blue eyes, and Clinique products are the only ones that don't irritate my extremely sensitive skin, so I'm happy! My only suggestion would be that they could be a little more pigmented, but I still love it.

I have been wearing Brandied Plum eye shadow since the early 1990's. First, you took away the single-color eye shadow of it, and now you've taken away the Brandied Plum Eye Shadow Duo! Why even buy Clinique anymore?

Does not crease or fade

I have been using this duo for years, but now I don't see it. Will you be bringing it back?

So disappointed in the lack of available colors for the eye shadow. What's goin on? The department stores are basically out and the Clinique site is useless, too. Rating would have been 5, but something seems to be going on.

I have been using Twilight mauve/Brandie's plum for years and love it! Now I'm not seeing it listed. Has it been retired? I'm very disappointed if it has.

I love the colors and how long it stays on.

I love this eye shadow. I have used it for many years, and Ivory Bisque/Bronze Satin is my everyday go-to color. But where has it gone??? Please don't take that color away!! This is a true Clinique staple item and color, and if it is gone, I might just have to break up with Clinique. I'm so sad!! Please bring it back! And why are there only 7 duo shades now?? What are y'all doing to us?! I would give this 5 stars, but with the dwindled color selection it only get 3.

I am sad to see my most reliable shadow duo does not appear to be for sale anymore. There isn't anything else with a light pink base and a gray toned crease color in your current offerings. I've used this pretty but neutral combo with success (dress it up for going out or lightly layer for work) for years and it is an essential staple. Unfortunately if it isn't replaced with something similar I'll have to change brands for eyeshadows.

The pinky/gold shade in this duo is like no other. I have been searching for this shade for years. Everyone tries to do it, yet it's never exactly what i am looking for. Pat McGrath had a quad with a similar shade, but it is too dark of a pink for me. Her pink shades irritate my eyes, where the Clinique shadows don't. This isn't a high impact shimmer, but I don't care. I can wear it any time of the day and it's gorgeous.

This pair of neutral-yet anything but boring!-earth-toned eyeshadows makes for a decidedly dynamic duo! With just enough shimmer to add definition and allow the colors to really pop, the silky smooth and oh-so blendable ivory shade is a perfect base for any other eye products to follow—never chalky-looking or heavy as some lighter colors are prone to be—while the gorgeously-glam "like mink" selection is equally suitable for eyelids or as a contour to a deeper-toned lid choice. Whether applied subtly or boldly, these discretely-shimmered shadows add interest and light to the eye area in their always Clinique-style gentle, but durable, manner.

I always have this shadows on hand and use it most days. It's versatile and goes well with most things.

I have been using the shade Uptown Downtown for years and now it's gone. One customer service rep says it's being repackaged, another just says it's out of stock and no idea when it'll be back. This is the same thing that happened with the Smoke and Mirrors palette. It's like Clinique is doing away with anything that is not a brownish shade. Why does it seem all of the grays are being removed? And yes, I've used the Blackberry Frost duo, but I'm allergic to purples. :(

Wore this at my wedding

I think clinique eyeshadows are underrated. Theyre amazing and lightweight. Never crease and easy to make a gokd eye look with.
