I've been using Clinique products for many years, and the Quickliner for Eyes (not the Quickliner Intense) is only pencil eyeliner I can use. I have very sensitive skin and this is the only one that doesn't make my eyes water and itch. It goes on smoothly, lasts all day, and comes off easily with eye makeup remover. Over time, I have tried most of the shades, but my favorite, by far, was Color 12 MOSS. It was a wonderful shade of green, not too dark or too bright. It really made my green eyes pop! I was very disappointed when it was discontinued. (Why was it?) I haven't been able to find another shade like it, that I can wear. Although I will continue to use the other colors, I really miss MOSS! Please bring MOSS back!
I've been using this eyeliner for years with no problems. Now, within the past year or so, it will break off with very little pressure, sometimes before you hardly get it to your eye, and you end up with hardly any product left after a very short period of time. These liners being sold are either old and have been on the shelf a long time, the formula is drying out or changing in transit, or the formula has just completely changed. I know how to use it and have had absolutely no problems for many many years. I noticed some added "how to use" advice on here that I've never seen before, so my speculation is I am not the only one that has had this issue and rather than fix the problem, the blame is being put on the consumer and how they use it. That is just NOT the case. I used this for too long with no problems. CLINIQUE, PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM. This has always been my main eyeliner for years and would really like to continue using it.

Exactly what the title says: I LOVE the dark brown one, it's subtle but yet super flattering, however the useful part is just the point of the pencil, almost nothing! The way it is, we are led to believe the product is in the whole pencil, which is not nice:(

This is the only eyeliner I'll use. Other brands are too hard or too soft. If too hard, you can't see it, and if too soft, it goes on too thick. This one is just right. I don't always use the smudging end, but it's nice to have when needed.

I have used this eyeliner for years along with all your other products. As I have gotten older, this is not creamy enough for me. It clumps up and looks terrible. A consultant at Ulta advised me to use a brown liquid. This was too harsh. Many dollars later I found a nice creamy eyeliner with Urban.

It's too creamy/soft for me. But the color is on point, and I didn't care for it's twist up mechanism. Kept getting stuck and or not moving up or down at all.

I have been buying this product for years, but it it is way overpriced for the short time it lasts, if it even has any product in the tube. I love how it looks, but I bought one tube and got home from Florida to the Caribbean, and there was nothing in the tube at all! No way to return it and I have had others that ran out in no time. So I am sure I can find another product that works as well and hopefully, lasts a little longer.

Glides on nicely but when I look 2 hours later it's gone! No, I don't run my eyes

I use violet because it is a cool color but not as harsh as black or gray. Clinique's violet is brown with the slightest hint of violet. Even the block of color on the label is brown. This will be the last time I buy Clinique's eyeliner.

Runs a bit and doesn't stay sharp for long lines

I only wish Clinique added a sort of sharpener: after two applications the tip gets fat. I don't smudge it, I don't look good with smokey eyes, I look like a raccoon. I use it as an eyeliner. Also, I wish Clinique would put back on the market the old eyebrows pencil. (Clinique: reconsider!)

My go to eyeliner for many years now. Hoping that Clinique keeps the eyeliner and the Roast Coffee color.

The price of this pencil has doubled recently! I may have to find something more affordable!

I love this Eyeliner. I've been using it for years. I applies easily and stays on with out smudging all day.

I have always loved this eyeliner in shale; a bit of blue mixed with charcoal grey. Easy glide to put on - wears well.

It does not have much life to it; very little there so don't waste your $$$

This is a great eyeliner

Very comfortable to apply. The color goes on well and lasts a long time.

I really liked this eyeliner! Soft and drama!

When I purchased this product the amount of liner showing in the applicator was flush with the dispenser. I twisted the applicator clockwise as I have always done with other eyeliners but the amount of liner showing remained almost flush with the top of the tube. I tried everything to get the tube to show more pencil but for the most part it remained flush with the dispenser. I returned it and the sales associate told me I was twisting it the wrong way so she twisted it counterclockwise and the pencil showed so much product she tried to wind it back down but she could not. I exchanged it for the same product and this time I twisted it counterclockwise as she showed me to advance the tube to show more product - same result. I'm going to try a different product.

Clinique has ended my search for the perfect glide on eyeliner. Absolutely wonderful!

I have brown, not blue-grey. The eyeliner goes on easy and I love the blender tip to smudge. It doesn't irritate my overly sensitive skin and looks great.

I love Quickliner eyeliner, especially this khaki color, but the mechanism to turn to reveal more of the "pencil" has broken on me twice. Essentially wasting the rest of the product. One time maybe just a fluke, but twice…maybe a design flaw.
