Just wanted to remind Faith from Georgia that this product is a conditioning rinse, NOT shampoo. Therefore, it isn't supposed to lather. Paul Mitchell makes great products and the best part is that they aren't tested on animals.
I decided to purchase this product because I have made the switch to cruelty free products. I have been using it for a little over a week. I already have thick hair, but I did not pay attention when the bottle said it was for fine hair, because in my experience, conditioners always say they'll thicken hair and don't have much of an effect. Well, I'll believe Paul Mitchell from now on. My hair is much thicker now. But unfortunately, as others have mentioned, it's unbearably greasy and it feels gross to run my fingers through my hair now. I read a review that says the residue protects the hair from heat, but I flat ironed my hair today and the greasy-ness honestly made the process very unpleasant. My lip is curled up as I write it, remembering how gross my hair felt. I felt like I was doing something very wrong by heating up that residue and pressing it deeper into my hair. Perhaps I should rinse more thoroughly or use it only a few times a week, but I have used conditioner daily my entire life and I have never had this problem before. I think conditioner should be simple. I don't think I should make a bunch of behavioral changes to make a product work. It smells great, and I do intend to try Paul Mitchell again, because I think the company has integrity and I've heard great things from my hair stylist friends. Unfortunately, I won't be repurchasing this line of his products.

I do not like this conditioner at all! I have straight, fine hair and this conditioner leaves a weird residue. I have also noticed an increase in the amount of hair shedding that I've been having since I started using this product. I'm glad I only bought a sample sized bottle, because I will not be purchasing this product again.

Love the conditioner as it gives a nice body and shine. I use only a small amount as the directions state. Very pleased with the product.

I should've heeded the advice of the reviews I read. After using this product just once, my hair was left feeling dry. So I thought it being a treatment, I used it a second time, and it was worse. My hair was dry and it felt stiff, there was no softness to it. All I can liken it to is a dirty broom. I threw the conditioner away 😕

This is a really light moisturizing conditioner. I like how silky it makes my hair and helps with breakage. It was really inexpensive too surprisingly!

Smalles like rubbing alcohol. Hair did not feel conditioned and was really drying.

It's the only shampoo my wife uses and it makes her hair soft, shiny and full. Wish the package did not leak though

It's nothing great. It smells good. I don't feel like it gives me hair volume at all. Other shampoos I've used felt better on my hair and gave my hair way more volume.

I received the Paul Mitchell extra-body conditioner and shampoo in a gift basket from a hair salon. The shampoo is great but the conditioner leaves a waxy feel on my hair and on my hands. It is the only conditioner that I have ever used that I must wash my hands with soap and water after using to take away the residue. I'm not sure that I want that much product left in my hair after rinsing.

This is the worst stuff I have ever put in my hair. It makes your hair feel so gross.

I have really heavy hair, and bought this because it says 'lightweight rinse' so I thought it wouldn't weigh my hair down. Wronggggg. My hair feels so disgustingly greasy. I JUST washed and dried it, but it feels like I haven't washed in a week.

I use the Paul Mitchell Extra-Body Conditioner after shampooing with the Extra-Body Shampoo. Not much is needed to have my long hair feel smooth and silky. I then use the Extra-Body Styling Products. The combination adds a boost to my hair.

I have fine, oily hair and this conditioner is so lightweight. The scent is a light apple but not overpowering and I can't barely smell it after my hair is dry. The only thing I have noticed is that it doesn't seem to give my hair body. Although I'm not disappointed about that because mostly bought it knowing the formula would be lightweight. Regardless of how lightweight any conditioner is, my hair tends to hold onto any product so I don't use this everyday. I still recommend this.

Love love love the Paul Mitchell's extra body shampoo. I have very thin fine hair disk use it quite a bit of volume that lasts throughout the entire day.

I'm truly happy with this product . It holds my color well and keeps my ends soft and healthy . The smell is just like stepping out of the salon .
