I have thin, dry, color treated hair that needs a lot of nourishment. A lot of conditioners and masques out there leave my hair feeling like straw but this one always leaves it soft, smooth, and silky. I don't even need to use a leave in conditioner after to get a brush through it. I've used numerous brands over the years including Kerastase, Aveda, and Redken, but this is the only one I've consistently kept in my shower for over 15 years. I highly recommend it for anyone with dry, color treated hair. I use the matching shampoo too.Most Helpful Critical ReviewThis is the worst conditioner I have ever used....I go to a salon to have my hair colored, so I do spend a bit more on shampoo & conditioner to make it last. I purchased this in store, and saw it on sale. Paul Mitchell is usually pretty decent, having used different shampoo & conditioners from their company in the past. This was my first purchase of the color conditioner. It is awful! i washed my hair using their color shampoo & followed with the conditioner. Then as it dried, it started looking really dull and greasy. Heavy. I tried using less (used a quarter size drop with shoulder length hair), and it felt like it is rinsed clean every time. Then it dries and looks like I didn't wash it at all. I wish I could get my money back.
