this SUCKS! i used it on me after a long day from a party. it is not eye friendly at all. i hate this! my eyes were burning/watering for 10 minutes. i would never repurchase or anything. and the fragrance is WAY to strong. this product is so not worth it.

This is EMOLLIENT so those with oily skin might want to use this as their first of two cleanses. Okay, so I use this as a balm in fall / winter but it's my year round makeup remover. It melts so it's important to use a little at a time… and VERY LITTLE around the eye area or it will end up in your eyes… which isn't very comfortable (but what product is when it hits the eye?!?). Best mascara remover & seems to condition my lashes! Works great alongside their CounterTime line and with Oak Essentials and Osea products as well!

I have tried over 20 cleansing balms. If you have combination skin this is the best one for you! It cleanses so well and leaves you glowing. You won't have an oily residue and you won't be burning or stinging. Its worth the price to me!

I've tried about 5 different types of cleansing balms and none of them even compare to this one. It is the only one that truly gets all my makeup off and makes my skin feel so silky smooth. I have sensitive skin and this has never caused any issues before. I saw another review about a burning eye sensation but I have scrubbed water proof mascara off with no problem.

It's expensive and completely burns my eyes upon using it as a makeup remover. Due to that, I just can't justify the cost. If they could remove whatever ingredient that causes the burning sensation (scent maybe), I might justify buying it again. Please, bring back beautycounter makeup remover wipes! FYI: Beautycounter doesn't always allow negative comments to be displayed on their site. It's difficult determining if a product is great. I love beautycounter but not this one!
