Overall, it's a fairly mid product, in my opinion. While the black is dark and the applicator tip is well-shaped, I found that the product tended to dry out mid-swipe as I was applying it. I had to place the cap on it to pump more product out of the tip so I could finish off my eye. The packaging is alright and didn't cause any issues (as I've had some that have caused product to bleed out of the tip and create a massive, inky mess).
