I ordered this last week not really knowing what to expect, I am not a fan of many lip plumping products because most are not very moisturizing and the tingle factor is over the top. I was very happy when I applied this product, it truly has the perfect consistency. It is smooth and creamy. It does not feel like a runny gloss and it is not waxy like a chapstick. It is a light pink color but goes on clear and has no strong scent (no scent at all to me). The tingle it produces is mild in comparison to others and it doesn't bother me at all. My lips feel moisturized and full. I will absolutely purchase this product again, defintiely my favorite plumping balm on the market!
