It is my first time trying lash glue in a pen form. The glue is easy to apply and feels slightly quicker drying than regular lash glue which I like for faster application. I like the lightweight pen form for on the go and touchups. I found the first time I wore this, I only applied the glue on my lash line and my lashes ending up coming off a bit at my inner corners. I tried touching it up while the lashes was on, but this was a bit difficult and still didn't stay on well at the corners that day. The next time I tried the pen again, I put glue on my lash line as well as put some glue on the inner and outer corners of the lash band for extra security. After doing that method, the lashes stayed on all day without lifting at the corners. So you may want to try that method for better longevity. Another observation I had was that makeup can easily get on the tip, so I have to make sure to do the extra step of cleaning the tip. I worry a bit about how long this pen will last or if it will dry out quickly, but only time will tell (so far its been fine for the approx 3-4 weeks I had it). Overall, I do like the pen and find it convenient. I have always thought the Velour Lash & go was a better option as it cleanses off easier that the Moxielash. I feel like some others that this new pen is had to control the application. I don't know whether to press it sideways on my lid or push the tip of the pen into the skin to get more released. Perhaps if you could wind the pen to release more liner, it might have more control. I have been applying eyeliner pen for ages so this is such a smooth way to get it on your lash line prior to lash application. It is not irritating at all and doesn't run, just a simple swipe and you're ready to apply your lashes. I like the precision as well versus a traditional glue brush. I would apply any liner/makeup on afterwards personally (as for me that also helps conceal the lashes a bit better. The pen glue applicator is an absolutely game changer. No more messy glue everywhere! I normally don't bother with fake lashes because the glue gets so messy but the pen applicator is mess free and it was just like putting on eyeliner. Staying power was great but it was also small enough I threw it in my purse in case i needed to touch up.
