I have to say, this was the most effective at home wax I have used. Other than melting a small amount to experiment with, I found it far more effective and user friendly than the pre waxed strips. I think the dots being "strawberries and cream" is cute too. I did find the lid very hard to open and then all the supplies needed are buried in the wax dots.Most Helpful Critical ReviewCould be betterTo starts off I am an amateur when it comes to waxing, however, I carefully followed all directions. While heating the dots after the initial one minute and 15 seconds I had a lot of the waxing dots remaining, so I continued to heat it around 5 times in 10 seconds interval. After the waxing dots were heated I let it sit out for a minute to cool off. I never received the "thick honey consistency" as mentioned in the instructions but instead a very runny product. Even after reheating or letting it sit out some more, the wax was still runny. I applied the wax on my wrist to test out the temperature. After, I applied the wax on my legs, stomach and underarm. I noticed that although the wax did manage to remove some hair it didn't get it completely and in fact it just broke off some hair, so that it shortened the hair, not removing it fully. You will need to wax the area multiple times. I will like to note for the underarm instead of waiting the thirty seconds advised make sure to drop that to 15 seconds because it sets very fast and was very painful for me. This wax does get very messy, so please take note of making sure to have a few newspapers lying around to make for a smoother cleaning process. I did not manage to wax my entire body just about two sides of my calf, my underarm and my stomach area. I had a small amount left and the wax had already harden and was messy to reuse. I recommend getting at least two of this product to wax your entire body. This wax is beginner friendly for those who want to start waxing before working up to a more efficient wax. The packaging of Nads waxing dots is so cute, I found it very enticing and just had to try. After using it I can honestly say I won't be doing that again. Wax is not for me. First off, I open it and started to read the instructions which are very complicated to me, someone who's never done this before. Its filled with warnings on top of that and It left me worried I'd end up with a serious burn. I read the instructions and warnings several times before I actually have it a try. The removal was a bit painful but that is something I had expected. The entire process though was a lot more work that it was worth. Also didn't like that your hair must be 1/8 inch and of it's longer needs to be trimmed to that length. It smelled great and I was left with hair free underarms and the skin was nice and soft, so it's not all bad. I just found it to be too much work, I'll stick with a razer from now on. I do like the packaging and whatnot and I have friends that like using wax, I think because of the package I may actually buy it as a gift. It comes with wipes for after you rip the wax off. Depending on how much you have to wax you will have some left over so have some where to store the extra beads while you're melting then in the bowl it comes in.
