I say best because it hydrated and sunk into my skin so that my make-up could stay all day. I was surprised to find this eye cream actually did help with dark circles! And it is really hydrating. I'm not sure why the instructions say to use a pea-sized amount as that is WAAAAYYYYY too much. You don't need much at all. The only reason I removed a star is because it does leave a greasiness for me so within hours, my eye make-up is creasing and slipping away. I use as little of the product as I can so I know it's not that I'm using too much. In addition, I use an eye shadow base to support long wear. I'll use this cream at night as it is a nice one. But I am still in search of the perfect daytime eye cream to go under makeup.Most Helpful Critical ReviewConcernedSo far I'm not really even looking for results, I realize these things take time. I'm loving the scent, it subtle and relaxing, rose. I am having problems with application. There is no way that I'd be able to apply the recommended amount. I use about a rice grain amount and try to tap it in but the formula sort of breaks not pills but just some is watery some creamy, I could tap all day and this won't sink in or even stop looking creamy and white. So I end up rubbing it in and can't see anything clearly until I eventually rub my eyes enough that I've probably just have rubbed most of it off so I can see. But I will keep trying because I'm stubborn and have bought the entire line at this point and I feel all products should be used from the same line because they are developed to work together and well with each other.
