The main thing I've noticed after a couple weeks is how terrible these supplements smell and taste. It was a little weird at first, but it's gotten stronger, which has made it a chore to take these every day. It's like a rancid fish smell/taste, and it lingers on your hands until you wash them. At this point I take them with soda to cover up the taste.
I have noticed my hair health improve with the introduction of a new routine including the shampoo/conditioner and the YNB serum (instead of the brigeo one). I don't know if the supplements are working their magic yet. I have a feeling that they likely do work, and I'm trying to get ahead of thinning hair that runs in the women of my family. I definitely need some supplement, so I'm gonna keep trying this one then compare.
I don't think I would recommend this unless you're in a similar position of needing a supplement to prevent hair loss, and have made a well-informed decision on this one. Beware the smell though! I wish I knew what ingredient was causing it (I don't mind sulfur in skin products bc I know why it's there, yknow?)

Had a good scent/taste citrusy and then started to smell/taste like sulfur very disgusting almost vomitted, I am not very sensitive to things and this threw me over the edge. purchase with caution wasted so much money on these.

I cant wait ti finish the pills but to start off with i have been taking different vitamins. (Which I stopped taking after I started these) the whole purpose is I want healthy thick hair. I can tell my hair doesn't fall out as much when I touch it. So I will continue to take these in hopes to see a big difference.
