It's super nostalgic and fun! I actually used it with my 5 year old niece and she had the best time. It's easy to use and we were both pretty quick to catch on. It does have a slight learning curve though. The reason for only 4 stars is because while I love it and think it's a fun activity for a girls night in or sleepover for younger crowd, it's a little much of a gimmick and doesn't actually serve much purpose. The jewels will stay in the hair for about 3 hours or so, but don't touch it too much. But the jewels are reusable if you can keep them around so that's great! Also I appreciate the storage compartment for the hair jewels.
