It'll always come with it having a crack in middle, or coming out of its pan. Mine came cracked a bit, with a small amount coming out of pan. The bronzers look lighter in the photo online but are much darker in the palette.Very fragile…odd formulas3BAMC from DCThis is my first time trying a Buxom palette, and I saw reviews where multiple palettes shipped in the mail arrived broken, so went to my store to isnoect before buying. There were 3 available. Two of the three contained some broken shadows so I purchased the third. By the time I arrived home ans unpackaged the palette, the dark brown had multiple cracks and a chunk had come out, sticking to the cardboard cover that closes over the palette. Very gently I pressed the shadow to prevent the shattered shadow from falling out and it made it worse. The formula of dark brown (and a few others) is suuuper soft, almost creamy-powdery, but so very fragile. It swatches very dark and pigmented…almost like a very dark, tightly packed loose pigment powder. Expect breakage. If you are okay woth that, go ahead and spend the nearly $40. Other shade that are creamy powder just does jot hold up.Beware3Lec530 from Charlotte, NCFirst palette came with top right shade shattered. Replacement palette came with same shade broken. So first of all, theres an issue with the packaging and shipping. Like the other reviewer, I salvaged what I could to see if worth trying again (hopefully in store). The shadows are definitely a different texture. They are very thin and perform best when wet. My draw to this palette was that it looked like a lot of options for easy bronzey single-shadow looks for summer. Like I could just swipe one of the shimmers all over and go. Effortless but put-together. The texture of these shadows doesn't quite get there. HOWEVER, there's no denying that my eyes look amazing every time I use this. I've done 5-6 looks at this point, and all look incredible. Most of the shimmers come off as more of a sheen than shimmery or sparkly. So overall I'm happy with the palette but would advise getting in-store if you can 1) to see if you like the texture, and 2) so it wont come broken!Possibly too fragile to ship4It's Cher from UtahReceived two palettes at separate times and both were broken each time. The colors seem nice but are soft (almost creamy) so the broken shades got compacted into the still-intact colors when I attempted to clean them off to see if it was with trying to find these in-store. Quite a mess.
