I'm fair skinned, have fought dark circles under my eyes my whole life and recently have had an outbreak of spider veins due to pregnancy. I need all the help I can get! I tried out the color Fair 12 and immediately set to work on my under eye circles. I've been using a competitors under eye concealer here that is supposed to fight creasing. It does a pretty good job, but honestly, I felt that Bye Bye Cosmetics did just as good of a job at not creasing. At almost 40 I've got fine lines and do not need product settling in to amplify them. True test came when I was hit with a bad cold. I used the It Brand concealer to hit under my eyes, spider veins and a few dark spots from sun damage that were really standing out. It did a beautiful job. Next day I used my old concealer and my husband immediately said on seeing me "I can tell you still don't feel well, the circles under your eyes are really dark." Back to Bye Bye Concealer I went! The concealer applicator made it easy to hit just the spots I wanted and I used the built in blending brush instead of tapping in with my ring finger like I typically would and it seemed to do a great job. This concealer definitely brightens the skin in those areas and I'm eager to see if my dark spots continue to fade. It's a pretty liquid concealer and I was wondering if it would take awhile to set but it was ready to go as soon as I got out the rest of my makeup for the day. Even though spider veins aren't dark spots the coverage this supplies on those bright red spots is perfect for me. It greatly fades their appearance when I wear it giving me a bit more confidence that they're not the soul focus when someone looks at me. I'm pretty sure I will not be returning to my old concealer after this trial. I am often skeptical about makeup, wondering if what is in the bottle will truly match my beautiful brown complexion. I enjoyed applying this product with the applicator wand. I could use the concealer exactly where I desired, like a paintbrush on canvas. While the makeup was a lighter shade than I usually wear, it blended well into my skin, covering my dark spots with the ever-so-soft attached brush, which is handy. The feel of IT Cosmetics Bye Bye dark spots concealer and serum is lightweight and moisturizing, giving me the appearance of a misted face the entire day. And while some may enjoy that look, I did not. I tried IT Cosmetics Bye Bye dark spots concealer and serum alone and with a foundation to see if there would be a difference; there was. I liked the foundation outcome better than how IT Cosmetics Bye Bye dark spots concealer and serum worked alone as I had a less sweaty appearance.
