I've wanted to test out the Ouidad brand for a while but the price tag scared me away! After the first time using I noticed a drastic difference with the way my hair felt. My hair is softer and has its life back! I'm now a fan! It's full of volume & body & my waves are full of bounce & shine! I love it! The smell is amazing but doesn't overpower. I'm hooked! Will be purchasing the entire line & won't use anything else! If you have dull lifeless hair like I did & it doesn't matter what you do, nothing seems to make any noticeable difference than I recommend you try this Ouidad shampoo and Conditioner! You won't regret it! When I was younger my hair used to be very healthy with tight effortless curls but as I grew older my hair started to change and my curls were almost gone. I was left with frizzy wavy hair. After a couple weeks of this product my curls are coming back without needing any styling products! Ouidad, begun in 1984, is known for their Curl-specific Haircare styles and products. So, who better to take care of my curl needs? I have very fine hair with spiral curls that have the approximate circumference of a Number 2 pencil. My main issues are frizz and lack of volume. This Conditioner has a pleasant fragrance, and it isn't overpowering. For me personally, my Ouidad Conditioner experience was okay. The Directions say to apply it to the hair in sections, leave in for 3 minutes and rinse. I let my hair air-dry without any styling product in it because I wanted to see the results of the Conditioner (& Shampoo) alone for my review. Visually, there was no change in the amount of frizz, and I believe that this product is too heavy for my fine hair. Each day, my tresses became straighter and lost any curl that it had. I really wanted to like this. But, this is just my hair. The packaging is impossible to squeeze hard enough to get anything out of the bottle. I had to take the top off and keep slamming it on my hand. I do have some arthritis in my hands, but they aren't *that* weak. Once I got some out, however, and got it in my hair...yummy! This is the most emollient conditioner I have ever used - I have been pretty limited by scent intolerance. My curls have become round ringlets again and there is actual shine. I actually had to leave it in my shower upside down so it would come out on the first squeeze. After I leave the conditioner in my hair for the time allotted it rinses out all the way and leaves a silky feeling in my hair. I have really curly hair and if the conditioner doesn't do it job it is hard for me to brush through my hair. I really like this product and I would buy it again.
