It died on me within a month and I couldn't figure out why. Solawave replaced it for me under warranty and I started again because when I was able to use it, I got great results. The bumpy texture of my skin became much smoother after a few weeks. The red scars from my type 2 rosacea lessened and I was overall happier with how my difficult skin looked. The problem was this one also died within six months. Please understand that I was using it daily, so it's life span move been shortened for that reason. I decided to read about Solawave to see if I could figure out why they died quickly on me. It was all on me! I should have been charging my Solawave before use only and not leaving it on a charger constantly. The battery was dying because of this. Very simple and yet I hadn't read the information and so my devices were not working as intended. Solawave was kind enough to replace my second one as well and I am now on my third one and will never be without one! I charge it for approximately a half an hour until it stops flashing. Then I use it for 20 minutes every day. My skin is so much healthier and the texture is so much better it's unbelievable! I also have a much more expensive red/blue light therapy panel that my daughter ended up taking to college with her because of her acne. That panel does seem to make a noticeable difference but to be honest even though it only takes three minutes it feels like forever and a day (silly I know). I got this wand because I didn't want to spend so much money again but I wanted something. I actually use this a lot more than the panel because of how much more freedom I have while using it. I use the serum with It and I definitely notice a difference in my skin after a month. I try to use It daily but have skipped a couple of days if I'm working 16hrs. Rare breakouts or issues. I got this 4 in 1 wand to help reduce my fine lines and improve my glow. I guess I didn't need if because it ruined my face.
