I bought this sunscreen with SPF 50 for my vacation in Vegas in May. I wore it all over my entire body all 4 days we were out and about walking from morning to night in 100 degree F weather. I applied it once in the morning and depending on how hot it was I applied it a second time half way through the day. I never saw a sunburn anywhere on my body. My legs, arms, neck, chest, and feet were shielded from the sun thanks to Clinique's sunscreen. I was worried that it might be sticky after putting it on but after rubbing it in (and a little goes a long way with this one) it soaked in and didn't make me feel like I was greased. I never broke out from it and was actually very impressed with the results and how moisturizing it was on my skin. I wasn't a big sunscreen fan but this changed my mind. It's a must-have during the summer months.
This product might save you from a burn but the negative aspects are too great for me to think about buying it again. At least for a man's skin (with hair on chest/arms), putting this stuff on is like rubbing and spreading peanut butter on yourself (and that would be easier). I had to wet my skin in order to get it so I could at least rub in circles, and then what I was left with was a white body that looked like I had a disease. Years ago Clinique made a clear gel that went on great, protected great and had no color or scent and it was WONDERFUL. Why oh why did they quit making it. I would much rather put on a clear gel than this white paste. I love Clinique's products and have used since I was 19 years old, and this is the first time I've ever had to write a bad review for one of them, but this stuff stinks.

I buy this sunscreen routinely. Clinique sunscreen never burns my sensitive eyes and I never get burned when wearing.

Clinique Broad Spectrum SPF 50 Sunscreen Body Cream WARNING. As Clinique user I never thought that their product can cause me serious skin reaction such skin rash & red itchy skin for more than a week. I was prescribed for anti-allergic medicines for 10 days. This product is not safe for sensitive skin users, even for regular skin as ingredients are chemicals including 5% oxybenzone. Oxybenzone or benzophenone-3 or BP-3 belongs to the class of aromatic ketones known as benzophenones. It is widely used in plastics, toys, furniture finishes, and other products to limit UV degradation. To recap, oxybenzone belongs nowhere near safe sunscreen formulas because once it's absorbed through the skin, it can lead to hormonal imbalance, reproductive harm, skin reactions, photo allergies, and might even be linked to breast cancer. I contact Clinique Tech support and their comment was " it can happen to anyone by using a skin product " . I am so disappointed and had to share info with Clinique customers.

I have gone on outdoors and swimming. It never disappoints when it's body protection. Against let's say, Neutrogena spray-on SPF, I got sunburned on the areas where I used the latter one, and the Clinique SPF protected areas remained unharmed.

Would not be repurchasing this product. This sunscreen is fairly greasy and the application takes too long. In addition, it's not sweat or water resistant.

I had an extremely bad skin reaction to this sunscreen and ended up in the urgent care clinic where I had to have a cortisone shot and have been prescribed the following medications: cortisone face cream, prednisone dose pack, Claritin, Benadryl and an oatmeal bath. It's been 4 days since the application of sunscreen and I still have red itchy skin that is hot to the touch along with a rash/hives and extremely swollen skin everywhere the sunscreen was applied.
PLEASE READ THIS WARNING:
Oxybenzone is a cornucopia of nasty side effects. It's considered a hazardous eye irritant and, as an allergen, is also known to cause skin allergies. As a hormone disruptor to coral, it also causes hormone disruption in humans, affecting estrogen production particularly in women and testosterone production in men.

I love this sunscreen. I hate sunscreen typically I find it greasy and feels like outside elements stick to you. With this sunscreen... that doesn't happen. My skin doesn't feel weighted down. Works fabulously hasn't burned using this product.

I live in the pool in summer. This product is fantastic for pre sun/swimming care, as it keeps skin moist and helps to prevent peeling. It is NOT WATERPROOF though.

My 4 year-old son has the most sensitive skin I've ever seen. He's blond, blue-eyed, light skinned, and gets occasional eczema spots. The sun is his natural enemy. Before I found this product last summer, I tried nearly every "sensitive skin" sun product available, including ones formulated for babies. All of them gave my poor little guy a rash. This one doesn't. We spent a lot of time outside last year. No rashes. No burns.
I'm stocking up on it this summer. We go through a lot because it's not waterproof.

Works great for fair, sun sensitive skin, not greasy

I brought this one after using bunch of useless drugstore sunscreens. This is the only one that actually works. I also bought the face sunscreen because my bb creams only have SPF 30.

It's great for my sensitive skin and, doesn't cause acne.

The hardest thing with sunscreen for me is finding one I will were usually because of the smell of sunscreens and the feel I go without. Still I thought I would give this a try it doesn't smell at all or feel think on my skin it is very nice I haven't warn it in bright sun yet but so far I love it.

Bought this for the first time this summer looking for a high spf sunscreen that actually felt good to wear. This sunscreen provided really effective protection and my skin felt moisturized with no white residue, but it's thick and quite hard to apply. Other than that - loved it!
