Let me tell you, I have been using it everyday since I received it and I plan on purchasing it again. When I apply it, I get a nice hot pink color and it blends in really nice to my cheeks. I really adore this product! Let's talk about the cons. If you have a scent sensitivity, you may want to avoid the product because it has a VERY strong mint smell to it. It is nice though; it smells exactly like spearmint gum and is refreshing. The product applies on sticky and tacky like, but once it dries it leaves your face feeling smooth. I probably wouldn't recommend this as a lip product because the tube is very large/bulky and isn't practical for carrying around in a small purse. You WILL have to reapply it to your lips throughout the day because it does NOT stain and will not last you all day. So as a lip product, it isn't very practical. Now pros: on the other hand, this works GREAT as a cheek product. The color lasts around 5 hours for me, but it may last you longer if you use setting spray. The scent only lasts a few minutes for me personally. Like I said, it applies as a hot pink (it will be different for everyone) but when I blend it out it gives a very natural yet dewy look. The packing is also adorable, which is something I really appreciate from this brand! I really do like this product! So all in all, not worth it for the lips, but for cheeks, this is so pretty! Smelled like mouthwash mint, too much. It would have been nice if they went with a more neutral smell like a lightly scented vanilla or just unscented. Shame too because this reminded me of the tarte lip & cheek solid ph adjustable one tarte used to have in both pink & purple hue years ago that I loved and was sadly discontinued, but that add a light sugar smell which was pleasant. I was hoping this was the same but the mint made me not purchase it sadly. The color looked super bright and it was a very pretty pink, it also felt very great on my lips. As a blush? i wasnt very impressed, it showed up almost like a nude on my skin. It was also a lot smaller than expected (which i guess is my fault for not knowing lmao) I also think its pricy for what you get. I have struggled for years to find a good blush shade for my skin tone because my face is naturally pretty pink especially around my nose. I used to wear more reddish orange tinted blush so I could look sunkissed, but it would literally just make me look embarrassed 24/7. Then I found this product! It's adjusts to your face so that it's the perfect shade for you and mines a light pink color. It goes on a little sticky but blends out to smooth. The color looks great and I don't think a makeup product by itself has ever made me look so good! The smell is nice it may be a little overpowering to some but I like it. The blush also lasts on your face for maybe 5-6 hours, but I don't wear anything to set it. Definitely brings a perceptible flush of color wherever it is applied- and has a great minty taste/smell. As is the case with many other PH-based balms, there is a slight drying quality- so I do follow this with additional lip care.
