I've never bought any other ulta brand makeup, nothing has ever really looked enticing or had enough buzz. Bought this on a whim because I'm obsessed with cream blush and omgggg it is so beautiful. Formula is perfectly pigmented and it is so glowy and pretty, no visible glitter particles. It's just a gorgeous sheen on top of gorgeous color. Don't even need highlighter with it which I never say lol but it's not too much. I got flamingo flock, and I love it so much I'm probably going to try another shade or two. If you're also wary of ulta brand makeup I promise this is a huge winner that won't dissapoint. It just isn't what I wanted. The formula is pretty slippy and not super pigmented and the finish under bright light has teeny pinpricks of sparkle, which actually seem to fade relatively quickly. I don't really wear foundation anymore and I put down about two layers of the blush for the best color payoff. It blends really evenly and looks natural and dewy, lasts my entire day even when I'm working.
