Blair B. 3 weeks ago Amazing Spot Treatment I was gifted this Pimple Correct Acne Clearing Gel Pin in exchange for my honest review. This is such a convenient and easy to use on the go or at home spot treatment. It's mess free, quick, and very effective. I consistently get lots of those tedious little guys that are red and sore the second they appear. This Acne Pen does just the trick! It immediately soothes the irritable inflammation, reduces swelling, basically just calming the irate pimple down. Within a few hours, I can tell a significant difference and depending on the severity, the pimple is diminished to almost nothing and there is zero flaky dry patchy skin side effects afterward...huge plus! I was pretty skeptical of trying this product seeing as their lightning wand would give me small bumps. So skin reactivity was my main concern. I am pleasantly surprised that this product has been helping reduce early on acne and inflammation!! So excited that this product has been working so well for me!! I do only use it on nights when I'm not using any forms of actives just to avoid any issues with the actives. I would say the formula is almost gel-like so I recommend to use it in a nighttime routine. My results so far have been positive. All opinions are my own. #freesampleMost Helpful Critical ReviewVery DisappointedThis is a HORRIBLE design. It took 40 minutes over 3 days to get the product to prime. I have other Hero products that require the priming (lightning wand) & have never had this issue. When I reached out to customer service they just told me to keep banging & pumping. Once I finally got the product to come out the smell was very off putting (very heavy tea tree oil smell). It also doesn't fully dry & stays sticky so I can only apply it at night (makeup doesn't apply well over it). I also love the idea of it being a pen, I always hate applying acne treatment products with my hands— so this pen is perfect! You never have to touch the product to apply it and it's much more sanitary. The pen works wonders!
