We love the scent as it's not too overpowering, the eye catching packaging and that it has salon like quality! I will be repurchasing as soon as we run out of this new staple haircare product! It's an absolute winner for the ENTIRE family!Most Helpful Critical Review'Over Achiever' Is An Under PerformerThis product claims to be 3 things in 1, but the end result on my hair was a mess. The gooey consistency of this hybrid hair styling product made it extremely difficult to spread through my hair. It seemed to glob onto wherever it was applied and refused to budge; I'd have to apply so much of this product to get an even distribution that I'd rather just use gel instead. I've relatively thin hair that is shoulder length, so I might not be the target hair type and length for this type of product. Even so, it felt like I was applying glue to my hair — it matted my hair in strands of sticky residue and plastered it flat. I used the Shape Switcher Molding Paste religiously, but ever since it discontinued, I have yet to find a product that compares to it. So I decided to give the Over Achiever 3-in-1 a chance. I'm not a fan of the sheen look it gives nor the smell especially. It's strong and gives me a headache and makes my stomach turn. It doesn't even hold up my hair which isn't surprising because I have thick hair.
