It lost a star because of the "no baggage" label. Did not do anything for the under eye puffiness. Maybe I'm expecting too much for a 70 year old. A lot of products are made with much younger people in mind. When you see some creams advertised, they say you will see results in 4-6 weeks. I would think I would have seen some improvement by now. It does a good job of hydrating, it absorbs well and is not sticky. No problem putting makeup over it. I like that it has a lot of natural ingredients. I did not have any bad reactions so that is good. No problem with the jar/lid as others have stated. For someone who cannot spend $50 - $100 for just an eye cream, the price is good for an ounce of product. Most eye creams are only a half ounce. A little goes a long way. This should last a long time. Would I buy it again? Not sure yet. I'll wait until I've used it up. But if you are looking for something new to try at a very reasonable price and need moisture more than relief for under eye bags, I would recommend this product.Most Helpful Critical ReviewHydrating But Not Moisturizing!This product is not a cream; it's a thicker gel product, similar to a hydrating serum that you would apply moisturizer on top of the seal in the hydration. My biggest issue with this product is that it seems to hydrate, but because there is no "cream" factor there is nothing to actually "lock" the hydration in, so the product basically just evaporates. I also found that this unfortunately irritated my eye area some mornings when my skin was extra dry. Lastly, as several reviews have said, the lid is made of extremely cheap plastic that cracked and eventually chipped so much I couldn't even close the jar anymore. My issue was that within a month of using this product the lid to the container started cracking and breaking off, to the point that I couldn't even screw the lid back on to close it. Also because the lid wouldnt close the jar the eye cream became thick in consistency and turned into an orangish color, I ended up just throwing the whole thing away.
