Volition Beauty's Snow Mushroom Serum has been a fav of mine for the past few years, it's one of the few products that I buy regularly, it's just that good! This serum is lightweight and silky smooth, it's slightly milky formula dries fast and hydrates the skin even more than my regular hyaluronic acid does, which is probably because Snow Mushroom holds a lot of water content and when I apply it my skin just drinks it right up! It's best used on a damp face, I apply this directly after washing my face without drying it, because applying to wet skin helps the serum sink into the skin better and fully hydrates and holds onto the moisture offering your skin a smooth, soft and moisturized feeling. I apply all other serums and moisturizer after this serum dries. It really does feel like it helps my other skincare products absorb even better. This formula is great for my dry skin but it feels light enough for all skin types. I've noticed a reduction in the look of visible pores, and it has also helped improve my skin's uneven/rough texture and redness due to autoimmune skin issues. I love this stuff! The only thing I don't like about it is the size but you don't need a lot of product to cover your full face. I had so much skincare arriving at my house that I can confidentally say that while I haven't tried it all, I've tried an unusually large cross section. This serum is one of the few that stuck around after I cancelled them all and moved on. I can honestly say the Volition Beauty serums are so gentle and effective. They layer so well with each other too. This is the first serum I apply as it is more lightweight, I feel.
