10000% do NOT look or act like your typical press-ons. I am one that has been spending $100+ dollars every 3 weeks on fills and nail art/ fresh sets and with inflation there simply isn't money for that right now. I came across these in Ulta and had never seen them so decided to give them a try. First impression was that very edgy and trendy cat-eye effect that I've only ever seen them do in salons with a magnet. Let me tell you these babies GLOW. Depending on the light they go from a beautiful purple/gold shift but in filtered light they seem to glow a greenish gold. They are stunning! I went to Nashville with my boyfriend and even he mentioned something about the color change! The next, and probably most important aspect, was they are clearly tapered at the tips and a little thicker than the area that goes on the nail bed. This is so important for the strength of the nail to help it not bend or break. They even passed the bend press! I could not bend one between two fingers. I had at least 2 people a day comment on them and no one believed me when I said they were press-ons! I am SO impressed with their wear- it's been over a week and still going strong. I will admit I did use another long-term wear brand's glue (in the pink packaging also sold at ulta *wink*) and buffed BOTH my natural nail and the inside of each nail with the provided emery board. I then wiped both inside of each nail and natural nail with the alcohol pad to remove any dust. This helps give the glue more surface area and gives it something to stick to when you rough each end up. However, these nails were half the price as of the other big name brands and wore just as well! Plus these have WAY more options for the girlies who like something more than just short oval options. Hands down recommend! Don't sleep on the tried-and-true OPI!
TL;DR - I could take or leave these press ons, hence the three stars. If you want subtly pretty press ons for short-term, low impact wear and don't mind paying for the brand name, I could recommend these. If you're looking for long-term, rough and tumble wear with a look that packs a punch in any lighting, you may want to at least consider a different OPI design and finish, if not a different brand of press ons altogether. Given the brand is OPI and I exclusively wear press ons, I wanted to fall endlessly in love with these nails and never turn back. The included instructions were very clear and all other components were accounted for. The alcohol based prep wipe was even appropriately saturated, which was a pleasant surprise since most press on sets that bother to include one seem to think Mirage In The Sahara is a helpful amount of moisture for a prep wipe. The emory board has a coarse grit side and a buffing side, so I recommend making sure you have your own fine grit emory boards on hand. Determining nail size and application of the nails was quick and easy. I will note here that people with wider/flatter nail beds may find the size 8 and smaller nails feel tight or don't want to lay quite right during application because the molded curve becomes sharper/higher as the nails themselves become narrower. Where these nails began to lose their luster for me—literally and figuratively—was within two days of applying them when the otherwise pretty holo finish began chipping, lifting, and peeling. Some people choose to add their own top coat to press ons to prevent this, but if I'm paying almost $14 for some of the best press ons available, I guess I don't feel I should need to take such a step, nor does OPI recommend it as a tip or suggestion to extend the longevity of their press on finishes. As for the wear time, their suggestion of applying glue to both the fake nail (which is slightly textured and the only press on I've encountered that comes this way out of the package) and your nail bed to extend the wear didn't do anything for me, but it also hasn't for any other brand, so YMMV on that. I had to reapply both thumb and index nails on both hands within five days of initial application, which is unheard of for me after applying and wearing press ons exclusively for over a decade and easily having sets last two weeks plus with little to no intervention in the first ten days. Today is day ten with these nails and four of them are significantly lifting from the nail bed again, which is my limit for continuing to fool with them. OPI press ons aren't a bad product by any means, but I also feel they don't go above and beyond other brands to justify their price, either.

I loved the way these nails looked at first, but within a couple hours all nails were chipping around the edges. Now less than 24 hrs later, they are chipping & peeling everywhere & all I did was hang out with friends. Can't imagine what they'll look like after taking a shower or doing housework...disappointing especially for the price.

These nails cracked, some broke in half, while the paont chipped on others. There's no reason for press on nails to chip in any form. As the color on the nails should be printed through the nail, not painted over. Very cheap I do not recommend. I wish I could attach a photo.

I have used press-ons before. I followed all directions and applied these before going to bed. I took a shower when i woke up in the morning, and as I was leaving for work i noticed that the sparkley foil part on almost of the nails was peeling off at the corners and edges. I had them on for less than 12 hours and did nothing harsh or out of the ordinary and was embarrassed at how chipped and messy they looked. So disappointed and want my money back.

Like one other person said I don't understand the negative reviews or the I believe 3.8 stars it has. I think these are the best press on nails I've ever used and I only use press on nails for over 10 years now and have tried almost every brand known to man. Awesome quality not flimsy. Love love love these. Just wish they made more colors and patterns in this style.

This set is so cute for fall! and easy to apply for any beginners. I didn't have time to get my nails done so i picked these up, they last me for a little more than 2 weeks as said on packaging.

I'll update this review with wear time but right now, after just applying I think they look pretty! I wanted to try out this length before getting acrylic to see if I liked it. These aren't bad at all! Gorgeous color and super easy to put on!

these nails were STUNNING! i prepped my nails by pushing back my cuticles, dehydrating my nails with alcohol and then used a ph balancing dehydrator from mia secret. i also used young nails protein bond (it's a sticky bonder) to give a little extra grip to the nails (these products are used in gel, gel-x, acrylic application etc to help with longevity. i essentially prep my nails like i'm going to be doing any other sort of nail enhancement). i used glamnetic brush on glue (not the opi glue that came in the kit, only because i prefer to use brush on glues) and painted glue on my real nail AND the back of the press on and held firmly for at least one minute per nail (i like to hold for a long time to ensure that bond sticks well). these nails held up SO WELL. day 16 i was ready to remove them because they were really long and i was catching them on stuff, and they didn't want to budge. i actually did damage a few of my real nails because i got a little impatient. but they easily could've gone another week. there was NO lifting or hair catching! i swear, longevity is ALL in the prep ◡̈ the nails themselves fit my real nails pretty perfectly, however there were a few that seemed a bit too curved for my natural shape. i do wish they gave you more than just 2 of each size, because my ring finger & pointer finger are both size 7 so technically i need 4 of that size, but i made it work. i will 100% be buying opi nails again! oh also: i'd say they can be reusable, but the finish on these did start peeling away at the tips by the end of the 16 days, so i wouldn't be re-using them. i also had the shade SWIPE NIGHT! ♡

I've been using glue on nails for several years now, I think OPI has changed their glue formula to be very very weak. When I use Glamnectic nails they will easily last me 2 to 3 weeks, much like the OPI xPress nails used to. However my mother used them for a wedding ( after I recommend them ) and they started to fall off after 1-2 days, I thought it was my fault, ( I was the one applying the glue to her nails and thought maybe I was too conservative), however two weeks later I was putting on new OPI nails myself , and I had the same problem, and I was using the same amount of glue I usually do.

I applied the glue on both the nail and my own, and the nails are holding up sturdy. I applied on Monday, just needed a glue touch-up on Friday for 3 nails. the design did peel on one nail on Thursday, but the nail itself is still in great shape. not sure how to avoid the peeling besides a gel layer on top? still good nails for the cost though!!

I wore this for my sophomore homecoming dance. Two of them popped off at the end of the dance which I just applied with my own nail glue and it stayed on for a week. Definitely recommend if you are going to wear for a short time or for just one day.

Purchased these to wear with my freshman homecoming dress! They were a bit hard to put on , but they truly made ny man hands look delicate and refined! Not too long either , they last about 3 days tops , definitely not 14 lol. But for the price when you could get the exact same thing at a salon for 70+ these r great. These lasted me a week. I use a computer for work and constantly wash my hands. I have big nail beds that are rounded but they fit well. The cat eye is like a film or decal. It started to peel on a couple nails by the end of the week. Removal was easy and minimal if any damage to my real nails.

They were so pretty. The wear lasted me 2 weeks almost 3! The color was my favorite I don't know how to explain it but they shined and I loved it.

I see people's reviews on how they dont stay on, but i used the glue and they are lasting strong. I buffed and then i put the glue on the nail and on my real nail for a longer effect and its working!

Love the all the size variations. Stayed on for two weeks and I'm rough on my nails.. almost too good, I can barely get them off

These nails are fantastic! They are durable, beautiful and last a long time! They last me so long that I have to soak them off to remove them to put on a fresh set. The glue that OPI supplies is bar none. These are my all time favorite glue ons

Very pretty nails. I've had them on for a week and they are stuck on pretty good, I can't even get them off so 10/10 recommend.

i had high hopes for this product. dont get me wrong they have a great selection of sizes for nails and putting them on is a breeze. however i was severely disappointed with the glitter polish part. the polish tore off the nail not 2 hours after i put them on. i recommend if you use these nails dont use your hands for anything if you want to polish to stay on.

Ive been using press ons for years and these ones are kind of just eh haha. I got the blue holographic ones and glued them on last night. They looked great and then after an hour they sides of most of my nails started to peel, leaving just the blue false nail underneath. Ive been fixing it with nail glue but its super annoying and i have a feeling these will not last a week. My other experiences w the OPI pressons havent wowed me either.

They are ao pretty in the box. I would suggest they stay there as a display at the store. They cracked and split after a day or two. I will give OPI one more try. Then they are on my duds list.
