I needed some more bondi boost shampoo and conditioner and came across the brunette booster. Given that I wasnt 100% in love with the color of my highlights I thought I'd give this a try. I must tell you I was SHOCKED to see the small amount of improvement from just 1 wash! Not to mention it made my hair feel so incredibly soft!Im confident that with continued use my highlights will be toned down to a more desirable neutral color. I must add that anyone whose used blue or purple shampoo before knows it will tint your hands. So don't let those negative reviews sway your decision. With a quick wash of hands immediately after use the blue tint will be gone from your hands. I also like to mention that I left both the shampoo and conditioner in for approximately 3 minutes for each. I had a highlight job that I end up hating. It was too heavy and streaky, not the look I had been going for at all. In a moment of panic, I colored over it with box dye. I know that is not the best course of action but I was desperate. Within days the highlights were starting to show through. After a few uses of this shampoo/ conditioner combo the brassiness is much less noticeable. There is no lingering smell and it leaves my hair soft and much easier to comb through.
