I was pretty bummed when I tried this out. It works pretty well as a scalp massager, but I can't actually get any shampoo to come out of the device.

Bought it somewhere else for 4 dollars and its about how much its worth. Nothing revolutionary.

I bought this brush because I wanted to have a scalp massager. And I liked how it distributes the product straight to your hair. I was going to use it with oil but I did not want to fill up all my oil inside the scalp massager. You have to at least fill it up half way in order for it to distribute the product. It does not leak, I love how it has a handle that I can use to hang it in my shower. The gray silicone that is wrapped around the brush is actually the hanger. I love this brush. I use it for my shampoo and it works great! No leaks, and it has helped me so much with my dandruff. I love it! Definitely recommend.

This Scalp Brush is a great brush to massage your scalp in the shower but that's it, the "cleansing" part is not very effective since the shampoo won't come out of the hole while you massage your scalp; it is not well designed and it just doesn't work for this purpose. I am giving it 3 stars because it is half the product it promises and has a ring attached to it that makes it convenient to hang in the shower, but I would have bought another scalp brush if I was just looking for that.

I noticed from other reviews that the main complaint was not being able to utilize this as a shampoo helper as it was too difficult to get the shampoo out through the hole in the product. I would agree - the design is such that the pressing down to squirt out the shampoo or conditioner or whatever does not yield enough force to do so. The material is hard enough that pressing down completely is impossible. However, with that said, I did not purchase this item for that reason - I purchased it to use as a massager for my scalp and it is perfect for that use. I lost my hair due to chemo treatments and when my hair began to come back it made my scalp dry and itchy. I wanted something to massage my scalp to try to return my hair and scalp back to normal and this works perfectly for that purpose. It does not hurt or scratch and is very easy to hold in my numbish chemo hands. I am very pleased with this product.

I bought this for my son. He love the way it feels and how easy it is to use. It helps cut down on the amount of shampoo he wastes. I wish the shampoo came out of more than one spot though.

I completely agree with the other review here. I purchased 2 of these, one I was intending to put shampoo in, and the other I wanted to use for my occasional prewash oil treatment. As a scalp brush, it's great. It doesn't pull or tangle hair, and it massages in product very well. However the dispenser mechanism is very difficult to use and I have no idea how this product made it past user testing. It's almost impossible to get product our unless it's full, and it dispenses way too much in one spot rather than distributing it evenly. I'll be keeping them because as far as scalp massagers go I like it, but I'll have to go back to applying treatments directly from it's original product packaging rather than this, because it is not good at doing that.

This product does great with massaging the scalp and making it feel clean, however the shampoo dispenser aspect of this is horrible and is super hard to get it to come out. The main reason I got this was for the shampoo holder aspect of it and it didn't work well. I have plenty of scalp massagers so I didn't need another one but I liked the concept of being able to squeeze shampoo out and it being less of a mess when shampooing
