My oh my, I have been in the search for a new setting powder after my favorite was discontinued. I've tried several drug store and high end options and have been left disappointed time and time again. I have dry, fair skin and oftentimes find that setting powders can make my skin look splotchy, dry, and cakey. I was so close to giving up and accepting that I'd have to go back to just not using a setting powder when I tried Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Setting powder. I'm not kidding, I could have cried when I applied it with my puff sponge and found that it blurred and set my makeup perfectly. I was still able to achieve a dewy look but my skin no longer felt tacky or gooey from the products I used. My one concern is that the color of the powder could leave my face looking darker than my neck, but I found that I can correct that by adding a bit more bronzer to my jawline and neck and I think it'll be fine once I get some color in the summer.
I was a HUGE FAN of the peach perfect setting powder but they SADLY discontinued it. I have extremely oily skin and I'd figure I'd give this a try….. well it didn't do anything but make me more oily. I pray to the makeup gods above that Too Faced will bring back the peach perfect powder because that was the only one that made my makeup look flawless and controlled the oil.

I got this setting powder in translucent and was doing my makeup today and looked at my face for a second and realized my face was as orange as Trump's. That's just unacceptable, translucent, you would thing would be white but no. This translucent setting powder was incredibly orange. Don't recommend

Let me begin with I love Too Faced products BUT since they discontinued the Peach powder I've been trying to find a good matte powder. I was hoping this would be a good substitute but it's too glowy for me. I use it everywhere but my T-zone otherwise it looks like I put highlighter on my forehead and nose. I use a mattifying powder in that area. Overall I prefer the Laura Mercier powder so far. For reference, I have oily, olive colored skin. This translucent powder is slightly pale for my liking but it's not bad. Please bring back your peach powder!

I wanted to like this product, however it is one of the worst powders I have ever used. Within 20 minutes of application, it is oily and I have dry skin. It also show every pore and ever tiny line...it exaggerates them. I never say anything like it.

I love this setting powder and have been using it for years!I have tried others but not as grand as this one & and the product lasts sooo long! It's the only one I have found that does the job, ordering some today as I'll run out in a couple of weeks.

It's so weird to me that other people said this isn't great for oily/fair skin because mine is both of these things and it's one of the only powders I like, and I've tried so many!
Any time I try a cheaper alternative or just get bored and want to try another brand, I always come back to this one.

i actually love this powder, but the problem is the packaging. there is still so much powder left and it's too hard to "shake" out. i can't get the plastic sifter out to get to the rest of the product. i ended up buying Tarte Shape Tape powder, it's excellent and more user friendly. i really ended up throwing away a lot of good product on the Too Faced setting powder.

Definitely not the best. For just a setting powder there is better out there. I wish Too Faced brought back the Peach powder. Now that so much better and unique!

This powder is not it. It is not an oil control one but. I thought I would try it since I can't buy the peach powder anymore....needless to say this one is trash compared. I'll never understand why they discontinued the peach when EVERYONE loved it. please bring it back.

A lot of people complained that they couldn't get the product out but I have had no problem . I love this stuff .

I was bery excited to try this powder, as soon as I opened the package it looked very dark but I tried it anyways. Keep in mind I am very fair. But this powder is YELLOW, and I don't even mean a slight tint. This is dark yellow. I had to take my makeup off and redo my whole face

My favorite setting powder love that its translucent, it blurs my pores, doesn't look cakey or powdery and leaves my makeup looking flawless .

Disappointed. Does not control oil and applying too much in one spot causes build up of white shimmer/too glow-y. Peach setting powder was superior.

Really difficult to get to the product, its packaging keeps the powder from getting where it needs to be. Also, way too expensive to not come with a puff.

I hope Too Faced NEVER discontinues this powder! I was hesitant to try it but my daughter talked me into it!! Literally, hands down, THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED!! I'm 44 and it catches the light enough to give a glow but not an overpowering one for someone my age!!! A little goes a very long way and it doesn't dry my face out at all!! I'm so glad I tried this!! Couldn't be happier!!

I'm 42 and have had some experiences with setting powder settling into fine lines and making my skin look so dry. Seems to bring out every imperfection I want to hide. Not so with this powder. It's like a miracle. Keeps everything where it's supposed to be while hiding what I want it to hide. 5 ⭐️ and I'd give more if I could!

I love Too Faced but this was a nope. I have combination skin, oily in summer. I wanted a product that would give me a hint of glow so my face doesn't look like paper, while keeping oil at bay and makeup in place. This powder immediately made my makeup look cakey & exposed my pores. Within hours the oil floodgates were open and my foundation was separating from my face. Like seriously it was worse than it would have been if I had used nothing. So. Completely ineffective product and super expensive. The packaging is also inefficient and spills product. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Sets makeup perfectly without flashback. Controls shine and keeps makeup looking flawless for hours.

Love everything about this powder
Powder is a little bit thicker than some others but still works good. Leaves a smooth matte finish nothing too shiny. I love the container because I don't lose a bunch of the product like other ones they don't have anything to stop the product from spilling out when you open them. This one has another cap that covers the holes.

I've used this powder for years. That I have three more in my room as back up. I'm obsessed with this powder! SO happy it came back!!

This is actually not a new powder. This has been around for many years. This powder has been around since they launched the original born this way foundation. Last year they put it on sale for 50% off. I bought two because I thought they were discontinuing it. It looks like they are releasing it again. I'm not sure they changed anything because the packaging is the same. I'm not sure if they changed the formula either.

This powder does blur when using a velour puff. I started using puffs when notice I do get more of a blur with loose powders. The smell is odd to me. I don't really care for it. The powder is good just nothing magical to me. I've used drug store products that I get the same effect. It doesn't give a glow. It's matte but not extremely matte. I don't think I will repurchase this. I will stick with my Pacifica cherry matte loose powder, rare beauty loose powder, and elf halo.
