Imagine my surprise to see lysolecithin (an enzyme modified version of soy lecithin) listed as an ingredient. As soy is a very common food allergen that can cause inflammation and anaphylaxis (along with wheat and dairy), why use it as an ingredient ðŸ™„? Why not list the plant source of the ingredients so that a consumer can make a fully informed decisionðŸ™„? Unfortunately most of us do not truly read and understand cosmetic ingredients or know their plant sources.
