Wasn't even listed. During that time, I used a different makeup remover and it caused such bad dry flakey skin on one of my eyelids, it was actually hurting like it was cut. I LOVE this one. Never run out again! I don't wear waterproof mascara so I don't know how it fairs with that BUT it takes off other nice stay all day type mascaras (personally Mary Kay and Better than Sex) like a charm! Had 2 sales people at Saginaw store looking for it. Come to find out, it is a clear liquid. I have to rub so hard to get my eye make-up off & it ends up leaving my eyes red & sore.
