I've used high-end I make a removers and also drugstore brands and I hadn't tried Ulta's but the price gave me incentive to give it a whirl. I was not disappointed and this is now my "go to eye-makeup remover. Does a great job of removing all my eye make up without being harsh on my lashes or skin, doesn't leave residue. The price is exceptionally reasonable considering I've seen comparable products ranging $9 to $30 for smaller bottles.
