The wax is extremely hard, so rubbing the brow brush against the wax by itself gets 0 product. I tried the advice of using my setting spray to moisten the soap and that did work to get some of the product onto the brow applicator, but it wasn't a lot. Once applied, it left residue on my eyebrows and it didn't help lift them or keep them in place. I spray with setting mist rub brush in and use that simple. comes with a tiny spoolie which is a plus. if you haven't tried this..give it a shot in my opinion it's pretty good ❤️
