I have long thick hair and I spritz this on (with extra focus on my ends) post shower after I towel dry my hair. I pair it with my favorite Briogeo Matcha and Apple shampoo and conditioner, my hair has been super dry lately so I use it in addition to my traditional conditioner, but I think if you didn't need the extra moisture you could absolutely use it as a replacement. This is the only conditioning spray I have used that also offers UV protection, and that's a big bonus because my hair is color treated. I'm postpartum and the extra nourishment has been a life saver for my flyaways too, I love the Briogeo philosophy and that I never have to worry about their ingredients. It's hard to find natural products that actually work, but I love all of my Briogeo products, and as with all of the products, this one smells delicious.Most Helpful Critical ReviewMade my hair feel super dry and more tangles.I got a travel version from an in stoore purchase and I was interested in trying it since I love the Briogeo don't despair repair mask. I have a lot of fine pin straight virgin blonde hair and it dry all year long the only thing that has help is the Bumble & Bumble hair oil spray. When I tried this product it made my hair feel very try and had a weird oily sticky residue on my hair and made my tangles even worse. I plan to give the travel size I have away to someone else. This stuff has fixed horrible knots i've had in my hair. It works best at detangling if you let it sit for a few minutes. One thing I dislike about this product is the heavy amount of product that comes out with each spray. It makes it hard to control and I end up with clumps of spray that I have to diffuse across my hair. I love trying different hair masks to help my frizziness. After using this my hair is dried out and feels so unhealthy. I have given it a few tries to make sure I'm not going anything different with my hair routine. Every single time my hair dries out really bad. I like the spray idea but just not for me. For reference I do have dyed hair but no other leave in spray or hair mask has dried out my hair like this one. Definitely not for me. Won't be returning but maybe I'll find someone to give it to.
