The conditioner is so thick that it is impossible to refill the large pump bottle. But both the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling stiff and dry. I air dry my hair, so I put in a leave in conditioner and a hair oil and that counteracts it. I did notice that my hair is less frizzy though but I don't know if that's worth how my hair feels after using the product.
