I had never had a urinary tract infection or bacterial vaginosis, but after having sex for the first time I started having problems almost constantly. I decided to try a combination of oral probiotics and vaginal probiotic suppositories along with healthier lifestyle choices to see if the problem would resolve. I know consistent healthy choices with my diet and exercise are key to maintaining the change, but these vaginal probiotic suppositories have really helped jump start the process. The nearly immediate change I saw when using this product was amazing! I had no discomfort or irritation when using these probiotics and they were simple to administer. I noticed a huge difference by the second day. I would definitely recommend the Flora Power Vaginal Probiotic Suppositories to someone who is struggling with their vaginal health. I plan to use this product short term to help restore and balance my vaginal microbiome, but I will continue to use oral probiotics long term. Also left me feeling dry. On the bright side, so far I seem to feel more balanced. Can also be used to eliminate BV along with boric acid. If you don't have enough healthy bacteria down there, the bad guys take over. Just send in the good guys and everything is back to normal. My frequent UTIs completely threw off my microbiome, and I couldn't get my BV and yeast levels maintained. Mixing the Flora Power with The Killer boric acid has finally allowed me to feel back to normal. I'll use both maybe once a week or every other week for maintenance now, or after being intimate. The side effects of using the Flora Power can feel like the side effects from BV or yeast infections, but after about 2 days I found they subsided.
