I bought my kit from ulta on 4/3/23 and I've absolutely been in love with it ever since!
it's not so bad of a product. If you are a smaller person with fine to lightly coarse hair then this is a perfect product for you. I on the other hand have coarse hair and a lot of body area to cover so this wasn't nearly enough to get the job done. One cartridge covered one and a quarter legs. I had to shave the rest of the way. I did like this and I will do it again however I will need a lot of wax on hand because this does take a lot since there's not a lot of product.

Although it's great for waxing legs, the amount of wax it comes with isn't enough to wax then more than once or twice. However, this soft wax isn't gentle enough to wax any other ares of the body (except maybe arms). I tried to use this wax to wax my eyebrows as it comes with a smaller piece that is meant to target it well. My eyebrows welted, even though the wax wasn't hot & my application/removal was perfect—leading to scabbing & irritation.

This wax kits sucks. It doesn't work at all and was a complete waste of money

This kit is fairly easy to use, mess free, and fast. The only thing I wouldn't recommend about it are that it looses temperature very fast, making the honey super harder to apply to the skin, and hence more irritation. The other thing is the amount of product that it brings is very little. In the end, I will be using it again when I need to do my legs or something fast but avoid it in more sensible areas.

You do have to let it warm for about 30-40 minutes to get the best results. It takes less than 10 mins for me to do both legs

I've been using this style wax for over 20 years. I bought a second warmer when I gave my daughter one to move out with. As long as the wax is liquidy, you have powder on your legs before hand, and you use a fresh roller head. It works very very well.

This product does not even have enough wax to make it through one leg. I do not recommend.

I don't know why all these people are giving this product a bad review! I've never used this product before and I had no trouble! read the directions people! took me a total of 10 minutes to wax both legs! 🙃 I have sensitive skin and my skin is fine, I know everyone differs! I mixed a bit of the wax off remover with lotion and no sticky residue left! highly recommend! I'm literally convinced these reviews are left by people who don't read directions or competition lol!

I was in a hurry and I what you see online is not what you get in store so just be careful and that's why you should open a package before you buy it in the store because when I got home I saw This thing is so tiny! And cheap and flimsy big noooo

We purchased this thinking it was going to work easier and less of a mess than your traditional waxing. we followed all directions and it didn't work .... it's not strong enough to yank the hairs .

So I've read the reviews on this before I bought this product. My friend wanted his legs waxed and I wanted a cheap machine since I don't wax as often as I used to. As the headline states I'm also a licensed cosmo and have been waxing for 3 years before I stopped. This is perfect for legs, I would not use this wax on area's with thinner skin, aka armpits, eyebrows, bikini line etc. Not because of the roller but because of the type of wax this is. Delicate areas need a more gentle wax. Hope this helps anyone else in the future.

I'm a first time at-home waxer, this product was pretty "fun" and easy to use, but a bit annoying. The wax gets stuck all over the roller and makes quite a mess on the applicator and the warmer, and it also cools so quickly so you constantly have to put it back in the warmer between strips otherwise it does not roll on easily. And the "wax off" does absolutely nothing to remove the residue. I got a pretty good wax, but definitely made a mess in the process.

It tore off my skin while still leaving hair on my arms (how is that even possible). Definitely do not buy it is horrible and painful

I wanted to try this tool out because i love waxing and i figured this would cut down my time……the wax BURNT my skin after one minute of being in the heater and to top it all off when i put the strip on my underarm and pulled - it took my skin off instead of my hair. I am so disappointed that Ulta even sales this. It's dangerous and it does not work at all. I will be returning this item. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

My skin never stayed so sensitive after a waxing ever. It was very difficult dealing with the roller. Very disappointed overall.

Doesn't roll out properly and doesn't stay warm long enough to take hair off.

I've waxed my own eyebrows with the microwave version of this wax and strips. Thought I'd try the roller, seemed so easy and loved the idea of the warmer. OMG. What a MESS. I can't even begin to tell you how bad this was. The design is terrible, terrible, terrible. Maybe it works for legs, but no way should you be using this on your face. Don't waste your time or money.

This product is easy to use as a beginner. There's not enough product in the cartridges to do two whole legs. Unlike other warmers where you can buy any cartridges with this one you're stuck with having to buy Gigi. To do your whole body (arms legs and underarms) you'd probably need 3 cartridges and the kit only comes with one large and one small. It's easy and fast, but not economical.

If you want to burn your skin and get it irritated buy this. Doesn't even pull the hair out.

Hard to use and didn't roll. Messy.

So easy to use, wax remover works great.

I've used many different types of waxes, this was the worst one. It got maybe a 1/4 of the hair off. Burned myself due to not being able to tell how hot the wax is since there's no temperature gauge.
